Comfort Inn & Suites Euless DFW West

VERY NICE CLEAN hotel, room Staff very sincere, caring polite. I went reception at 2am for water & the clerk told me not to worry about paying. She woukd comp it. Breakfast was great too. Workers constantly refilling, cleaning Nice inside pool. Didn't use the area but very nice. Definitely will rebook Thank you for making visit amazing .

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My first room assigned to me had wet carpet. They reassigned my room, and that one had dry carpet and clean, comfortable beds. The property itself looks worn, dingy, and in need of a paint job. The majority of the hotel smelled like strong cleaning products. It was overwhelming. Thankfully, my room did not have that odor.

check in, convenience all great. Breakfast area is a bit small and tough to get into when there's more than 4 people trying to get food. Selection was great, just small room to get everything. Room was very well setup, but cleaning needs work. While everything looked great, I moved the small ottoman and there were a pair of socks under it that weren't mine that I found when I got to the room. Since check in was late (after 12am) I didn't have the energy to request a room change at that hour.

We enjoyed the stay here. Swimming was open. Water was room temperature.. We enjoyed swimming . Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. We wilk stay here again.

Breakfast was sub par in terms of quality. Didn’t feel fresh. The room looked unfinished as the carpet was not completed to the tile by a 1/2 inch. The worst part was the bed. I’ve been to Plenty similar hotels but never experienced back pain until my stay here and for that alone I’m rating it a 2

The gym had 1 workout equipment out of service. We stayed in room 208 it was decent. The air conditioner took a while to come on and made loud noise. The shower/tub the drain was very slow & needed cleaning out. I informed the clerk & she offered to send someone to look at it but i declined. We were very exhausted from the long ride.

Decent breakfast, comfy beds, pillows could be better. Sikira at check in was great. Super clean property.

The room was clean. Check in staff was very accommodating. The internet was not working most of my stay. check out staff was rude. I needed a late check out, and the front desk clerk was not nice about it, charged me $40, and practically laughed at me when I asked for a discount since the internet was not even working.
