Room was simple, clean, and had convenient bench to lay out multiple suitcases. View from room was the parking lot. Conveniently located off I-5 for easy access on and off the interstate. Hot breakfast options included bacon, sausage, biscuits, eggs, omelets. DIY pancake machine was not working.

The hotel is quite satisfactory, the setting location and surrounding environment are OK, the highway is very convenient, and the traffic is very convenient. During the reservation process, Ctrip's information screening was not very accurate, which brought trouble, but after communicating with Ctrip's customer service, Ctrip quickly solved it. Never got there because of bad weather and got a phone call from them at 2:30 AM telling us our reservation was cancelled which I had been trying to do for a week.

I had through ******* changed my reservation to only stay one night. We i arrived at the property they told me it wasnt changed but I wouldn't be charged for the other night as long as checked out the next day. Well they charged me for 2 nights anyway and when i tried to talk with the lady at the desk she told me that the hotel person ******* talked to messed up as he didnt ask the manger permisson to change my reservation. Apparently, its up to the manager if you stay less or want to vhange the reservation. The manager the day before said we have to change the reservation through ******* and i told him i had. ******* even called and he was very passive aggressive with them. When trying to get a refund, the hotel told ******* they dont issue refunds. There were other poeple that were having troubles as well. Ine lady behind us at check in had booked online days in advance on the hotels site and the manager told her they didnt have her reservations. Becareful with this place.

The room was clean and efficient. Staff was friendly and good area to be. Close to food, shopping and I5.
We disliked the pool and hot tub. One of the resons we went to this hotel. The chlorine was awful. There was way too much as our skin was very irritated and our eyes were stinging. We had to get out and avoid for the rest of iur 3 night stay.
