Motel 6 Everett, WA - North

If a friendly and positive environment is your priority stay away. As an avid traveler during many seasons of life and circumstances I have never met a place less friendly or customer service oriented. To provide a simple request at no fiscal obligation or risk of harm to the business or operations so a guest could complete work or accomplish a task is out of the question. The location is directly across from a drug treatment facility so I feel if the reason for your visit is due to unfortunate events and need of reasonable accommodation, something I am familiar from experience, then it certainly provides the basic needs to be met at a marketed rate. Definitely not the "We will leave the light on" family environment once represented and demonstrated by the long existing trademarks of times before People became Persons.

I would say that the room is not the standard I had in mind. It is quite a room with a toilet/shower area, that's it. My understanding of motel 6 is not in that level. But now I do know. And it could be my last time staying there payment quite a price there.

The parking was good, and the outdoor security lighting really bright, which was appreciated. The room was clean. But, and I cannot stress this enough, the bed was by far the worse I’ve ever slept on. I wasn’t expecting much, but this was horrible. No more budget motels for me.

The only problem I had was the ajoining room, is separated by two doors, the party's next to me were smoking in their room when it's a non-smoking room. I let the front desk know I don't know if she talked to them, then I went and talked to somebody else a few hours later and told the manager on duty about it she said she would go to their door I don't know if she did or not cuz I could still smell cigarettes. Not something I like. Other than that everything else was fine.

Decent price. Most of the staff was friendly and despite the big air gaps around the door the heater worked well enough to keep the room warm. They don't have any rooms with 2 beds so it's not a place to stay if youre traveling with more than 2 people. Until the last day i had to re-insert the key cards i was given an average of at leat 4 times everytime i tried to unlock the door. When i booked the room it said there was a laundry facilty on the property but when I asked where it was at they told me they didn't have any laundry faciltily and i would have to go to the laundry mat across the street. I stayed there for 7 days to spend Christmas with family and was never given clean towels, clean sheets or had my trash can emptied, even after telling the fronf desk.

Everything, for the money, was great. The staff is helpful and friendly. For me it is my go to place. If i have an issue, for instance the tv stopped working , they fix it immediately. Thank you STAFF.

Well....I like staying here except they took the table out of our room, the shower head sprays water everywhere and the bathroom sink leaked. The TVs are normally really good but ours is about to die. The screen has the round lights on it and its very dim. This room needs attention and I think with the amount of money I've paid out to stay here, I would get a better room. I feel like we got the bottom of the barrel. Other then that, the bed is comfortable and the staff is awesome so nothing against them.🐾💕🐾
