We went here for a little staycation and it was lovely. The room was nice and quiet and clean and the staff went above and beyond and decorated the room for my daughters birthday free of charge. We will defiantly be staying here again!

Nice clean property. Large room. Comfortable. Breakfast was a little limited. No muffins danish etc. maybe because it was a Sunday. Pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Staff was very friendly

The only thing I might add.. a bigger bath mat, and bathrooms with the heated lighting? Our trip was like a “gift to ourselves “.. a very simple day at Cape Charles ❤️

We were placed on the second floor of a facility that did not have an elevator. At 66 & 68 yrs.old, had to carry out luggage up a stairway to our room. No "hot" breakfast, as was advertised.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, the beds were quite uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The check-in experience also left something to be desired—the staff seemed indifferent and lacked warmth. While the basics were covered, the overall experience could be improved with more attention to guest comfort and hospitality.

Just a one night layover. Good place to stay before finishing trip to OBX the next morning. Pool closes to early thou. Pull out sleeper sofa was alittle hard to sleep on. Nice little breakfast before taking off for rest of trip.

Air conditoner not functioning properly... low , med , high same speed . The room was wicked hot and uncomfortable.
