Overall good, but the room is too dark. The shower head in the bathroom was blocked, it was difficult to drain the water, and there were no slippers for showering. The breakfast is average, but the beef noodle tastes very good.

房間很乾凈，也很安靜，離吾悦廣場也很近，周邊鳳凰廣場都很方便，早飯種類繁多，味道很好，尤其餃子包子都是自己包的，房間裏措施也很好，價格便宜，定了三天豪華都升級行政，非常滿意，服務態度很好，前台小姐姐漂亮聲音好聽，服務很清切，打掃阿姨也是幹練，動作麻利，服務好。下次遊玩會再來。

來鄂州基本就是住這家酒店，前台今天還免費給我升了房型，還送了一大堆的水果飲料，真是棒極了。服務滿分💯！！！以後來鄂州也衹住這家酒店，希望還能有機會升房哈哈。

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐還有小哥哥説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來會幫送上去配的拖鞋和洗護用品都很高檔，比一些星級酒店的還要好，早餐種類也挺多的，葷素搭配吃的很好，很滿意的一次入住體驗

服務非常好，走的時候匆忙遺漏了私人物品，酒店電話告知還郵寄給我，非常暖心，房間非常乾淨，需要什麼物品前台也馬上安排送到房間，做衞生的大姐服務也很好，還跟我們問好，下次會繼續入住

非常滿意!酒店大堂氣派，早餐豐盛，房間乾淨整潔舒適，新風系統不用開窗就可以換氣，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好!!早餐水果很新鮮哦！
