Reserved king bed- was given 2 double bed. First room given was either occupied or not cleaned. Had to go back to desk and get another room. Still not a king as reserved. Room itself was clean tv remote did not work. Fridge was not cold.

This app is a joke. Changed the date on my reservation multiple times. Then just when i thought it fixed itself. It made my reservation on the wrong dates. Left me without my money and a place to stay. When calling to handle the situation the person on the phone was very rude. Made it feel like we were bothering her and wasting her time. Mistakes happen and there is no reason to treat customers that way

The hotel is in excellent repair and very clean. The staff was polite, prompt and helpful. However, little things make the difference. The TV remote didn't work correctly. It was difficult to lock in a station and set the volume. The batteries were fine. I think there was a communication problem between the remove and the TV. This hotel has a pool, which is part of the reason I booked it. The heaters weren't working so the water was ice cold. Thus, we couldn't use the pool. The bathroom door in our room was out-of-alignment. This wasn't a problem for me but my 12 year daughter couldn't close or open the door. Lastly, the restroom in the reception area was paperless. No tissue. No towels. This resulted in a rather messy and discouraging situation. Overall, this is a nice hotel and I would open to staying here again. But it's the little things that downgraded my rating.

Almost no breakfast was provided the 3 days we stayed. Rooms fairly shabby with lots of obvious wear & tear. Shower floor had badly peeling paint and super slippery—if an elderly person used it there would be an accident!

Not sure what was going on but we were in RM 105 and the noise coming from above us was awful. Every couple of minutes sounded like someone was dropping smthg thru the ceiling it was so loud and heavy you could actually feel the vibration from it.

The first night at the hotel we left the room to get something out of the car. All my luggage was already in the room. Upon our return the key card would not work. The attendant couldn’t open the door with the master. A locksmith had to be called. 3 hours later after a 7 hour drive we finally were able to shower and rest. No discount was given absolutely ridiculous experience.

Everything was great, including the condition cleanliness service. All of it. The only complaint I have is there was some black mold on the ceiling in our shower.
