Very bad experience. The smell of stinky feet in the room, as well as other unpleasant smells, are harmful to your health and will make you have a bad night's sleep. It can be said that the materials used are poor and dirty. The refrigerator keeps making a squeaking sound and cannot be turned off. This is a house I would never want to live in again.

The hotel did not have airport shuttle services as listed on the website. The room did not have a hot water on the first day of our stay. The snow around the hotel did not clear. It is no room cleaning services. The front desk area is wet and dirty due to snow outside that had not been clear. The carpet around the building is so dirty and full of debris. The front desk assigned a room that someone is already in it. Breakfast is so terrible. It look like a pre-package food from the gas station convenient store.

Figure 1 shows the sanitary conditions in the corridors. After the cement putty was patched up on the bathroom door, it was not even painted. Of course, this price may be like this in the United States. So I decisively upgraded my hotel for the rest of my trip.

We stayed for one night due to a layover in Cleveland. Basic motel close to the airport. The bed was comfortable, facilities can use an upgrade.

This hotel was under construction. The entrance was pretty but unfinished construction going on. There was no heat in the lobby area. I booked a shuttle to take me to the airport a.m., and that person had to be called in order for him to drive us. he did not carry our bags, the hotel insisted we pay five dollars for the service. The room was not complete that we stayed in. It had no tissue no soaps no amenities. It was oversprayed as far as paint and decor. It was in a back area of the hotel that was nothing to look at Location was not good at all when I made the reservation the host charged me an additional $60 hold on my card for any damages as he told me I should not stain the room in anyway or he was going to keep the $60 I should not smoke in the room or he was going to keep the money I found it very offensive and also to hold my $60 for five days was not appropriate.
I will not stay at this location ever again, and I don’t suggest anyone else to stay at this location.

Hotel is being renovated, so it is a bit rundown. I had to change rooms immediately upon check-in, because someone had clearly been in the room and it had not been cleaned. I stayed there because I had an early morning flight and they had a free shuttle to the airport.

Our stay was very disappointing. Arrived to find the place in renovation. 25% of the rooms were not finished. The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke badly. 2nd room was better but the bath needed to be cleaned much better. Then it turned out we had no cable tv at all. Nothing. The desk said they would adjust our bill but when we checked out the guy at the front desk made a call to someone and came back and told me I'd have to take it up with you folks. Then he could not even print me a receipt for my stay. He gave me a printout with all zeros and said I had to get the receipt from you as well. Sad because the location is great but this place very poorly run. I would give them 1.5 stars only because the bed was pretty good!

Did feel safe. I was with my two children, and a strange guy came banging on our door at 5am, looking for someone. Apparently, he had he wrong room.

Upon arriving and checking in I was greeted by a very angry man. He was almost yelling at me about not getting stains on anything to which I was stunned bc we were only staying one night due to construction at home. He also said that I would’ve paid less had I called to book but since I booked online I could pay more, rude. Was put in a room with no easy access, I requested a different room, one I could get my bags to more easily. They obliged. This room was so dirty. The bedding already had a stain on it which I washed out even though it was there when I got there I just didn’t want to be charged extra. The floors were extremely dirty. Paint and debris everywhere. The towels we were given hardly looked clean too. It was just for one night so we roughed it. But for $150 for one night it definitely was not worth the price I paid. I asked for a discount in the morning and was told maybe the manager will call me. My dad stayed here when he visited me a year ago and it was fine and affordable but I wouldn’t currently recommend this place.
