Despite having a good stay, I was promised a refund for days I was not going to be staying. However, they never came through with the money. Are they so greedy that they cannot refund money after promising to refund it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
However, if they do come through with their promise, I will consider giving them a higher rating.

Charming and safe neighborhood. The staff is professional and attentive to detail. This is a great property and an excellent value for the money. I never wanted to leave.

Checking in was difficult as they did t have my reservation number just the email. They said I would have to cancel through ******* then book it with them directly. (Got it worked out after I contacted ******* myself. ) The room is in like a basement of a small house in the back of the hotel.... It was really dirty.

They only had smoking rooms available. Neither my wife or I smoke and don't like the smell. Fortunately we only stayed one night.
The clerk who checked us in was friendly and tried to find another room, but there were no non-smoking rooms, he said.

I didn't feel safe in the property and it truly is no frills. I appreciate the lodging for the night, but not again.

We booked a standard room with King size bed. The room is located at the back of the Inn and it is at a basement level, which is hard to find.
The moment when we entered the room, it was terrible at the first impression！
1. The carpet was uncleaned and there still was dirt on it.
2. Some unknown hair was found on the blanket.
3. there was a gap between the door the the wall when we closed the door. And we could hear the sounds of wind when standing behind the door.
4. No hair dryer (which is still fair for an Inn). What surprised us is there was no toothbrush and toothpaste prepared for us.
5. they did not even have slippers prepared for us！I don't understand how they think we will take a shower. By wearing our own shoes？
Finally, we think the room was not worthy for its price which was over $100 per night.
The only thing that made us comfort is that the staff was friendly.

Nice quiet, clean property with comfortable bed.Set back off main street. Easy access from metro by bus or car with plenty of ample parking. Nice selection of restaurants all around the motel. I especially liked the Bolivian one right next door. Very friendly staff. Good value for the price.

My check out time was 11 am
At 10.15 am I was ready to go into shower contractors open door bronging a new matress saying they can not wait
Also cleaning crew enter after them
I can not tolerate this manner
