The service and staff were amazing nothing too much trouble.
Breakfast fantastic, and afternoon tea just delightful. The hotel was a joy to share time in and relax.

The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. The views of the bay offer endless visual entertainment. The food was outstanding, especially the Valentines menu.

Had wonderful night stay and excellent food , great service lovely a**osphere
Little disappointed in the door key didn’t work several times having to walk back from end of the hotel hotel porter managed to get us to our room apart from that great reception and warm welcome- Food was very good and would definitely recommend eating here
Only grip is the parking on the roads if spaces are full check before leaving bit of dangerous road outside

For the price it was fantastic hotel lovely room nice bathroom comfortable bed and great views when having breakfast and a little stroll up the hill to some great places to eat

Helpful staff and facilities in the room (drinks, fridge, robes) were excellent. Staff helpful and the area the hotel is based is excellent.
The underground parking was an added bonus.

Lovely hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a highlight. Pub Food is good. Burger especially juicy and tasty and much juicier and tastier than the wagyu burger in the Waterside restaurant. Will definitely stay again

It’s was the most amazing beautiful clean hotel and the staff are absolutely the best service 5 star politeness 10 star food and drinks 10 stars and more and I wish I could stay there again and again just the most beautiful hotel and staff
