Family friendly Hotels in Dali

Travel with big families and lucky to choose the pullman hotel which has convenient locations, accessible to most of the attractions near the erhai lake. The hotel is very new with fabulous lake view to enjoy the erhai and also xing sheng bridge . We dined in twice for dinner at level 5 grand Chinese restaurant. The food quality is above average and price reasonable with additional 10% off for hotel guests.

Amazing stay at this BnB for 2 nights. The host helped to arrange for pick up service before we arrived and also sent us to the railway station when we left. They were also really friendly and hospitable throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was simple and homely but good. Some insects were in our room which came in through open window and the host helped to resolve the issue really quickly! Highly recommend :)

Amazing stay ❤️ we arrived in the morning and could check in already, and throughout our whole stay, we were well taken care of, with welcome drinks, fruits, night time warm milk, and even a complimentary ride back to the train station after we checked out. We were told to add the staff on wechat, and communication was smooth and quick - they answered any questions we had, and even gave us recommendations on places to visit. The room was also great, lots of space and beautiful views of the garden downstairs. Many thanks to staffs 七月/十五 for taking great care of us during our stay!

The waterfront B&B is very quiet. The facilities and butler service are worth more than five stars. Breakfast, afternoon tea, midnight snacks, and luggage pick-up by the butler. The open-air landscape public area is relatively large in the ancient town. There is a small garden and an open-air restaurant in the open air, both of which are suitable for taking pictures. There are only two water swings, and this is one of them. The Santorini style, the view in the room is great, unobstructed, and you can see the sunrise and sunset of Erhai Lake in the room in the morning and evening.

Really nice place with an awesome view of the Erhai lake. Pros: - Nice erhai lake view in the day, city lights on the left at night - The room is really clean and well decorated with a virtual fireplace that adds to the ambience - Good location, 10mins drive from Dali Railway station - Relatively quiet at night Cons: - The toilet flush is quite weak, will need to flush multiple times if doing big business - The shower head had abit of water leakage at night even though we had already turned off the taps completely

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and will definitely return if we have the chance to visit Dali again (which we hope to!). The location is perfect, right next to Dali Old Town with breathtaking views of Cangshan Mountain. Our room was super clean, cozy, and equipped with new, modern, and high-end facilities. We were even upgraded to a better room category for free! The service was truly exceptional, among the best we've ever experienced. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. He welcomed us with a pot of tea and delicious rose cake (a Dali specialty) while we waited for our room, and later surprised us with fresh fruit delivered directly to our room. He also provided gentle reminders about breakfast and the nightly soup offering, which was a lovely touch. Speaking of breakfast, it was quite decent with a good variety of local choices like rice noodles, corn, egg, and mini buns. The owner was always ready to assist with anything we needed, from recommending fantastic restaurants to helping us book bus tickets. Unfortunately, we had an accident during our trip, and the owner's response was incredible. He went above and beyond to help us, showing genuine care and concern. We felt like we were being treated like family, and we are so grateful for his patience and support during a difficult time. We 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Dali. The combination of stunning views, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service make this a true gem!

The room is as described and the staffs are very friendly. They offered to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs when we check in and check out. The heater also works well and never had issue with hot water when bathing. The courtyard view is very nice and morning breakfast is hearty. The location is also convenient as a didi pick up point. I like that the TV can screen-share from different devices including Apple devices. However, the in room wifi can be stronger.

When checking in on the first day, the two waitresses at the front desk seemed to have not received their salary for several months. They looked ugly and did not smile or greet each other. The guy who took the luggage was very enthusiastic. I saw a comment that when checking in at night, I turned around and fell into the small landscape lake in front of the front desk. In fact, I almost fell in. This design is very **. The room is on the upper and lower floors, and the stairs are a bit steep. It is not recommended for elderly people to stay. The lighting in the room is a bit dim. The location of the hotel is good, just next to the ancient city, but the hotel is too cost-effective and not worth it.

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay. Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

Highly recommended. Definitely will come again! We booked 3 rooms over here for 1 night. Shop owner is really very helpful, suggested us tourist spots (which is really a steal, and amazing) and even helped us arrange and book for it. (Because we didn’t do much research before coming) And allowed my bro for late check out as he had food poisoning and had to rest in room. He even went all the way to accompany us to wait for car (he booked car for us as well) when we were late for our train. 大力推荐！在这里租了三间房间。 老板人实在太好太友善了。也非常尽责，为我们安排了拉市海一日游（因为我们没做功课，没能去到玉龙雪山）。（老板推荐的也是非常可靠的，绝不坑人） 还陪我们等待车，确保我们安全。 我哥因为泻肚子，只好在房休息，老板还很宽容让他延迟出房。 下次肯定还会再入住这里。
