The service was attentive, but the food was just okay. Both dinner and breakfast at the Western-style restaurant were pretty average – not a lot of variety and the taste wasn't particularly good. There's definitely room for improvement there. However, the recreational facilities were fantastic, and I'd love to visit again.

Had a Very nice stay. Hotel is super clean and comfortable and staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is very conveniently located near the train station so it's easy to explore the surrounding towns. There is a huge bookstore next door which is fun for browsing and shopping. Many interesting eateries nearby especially southeast Asian cuisine. 2nd photo shows the street the hotel is on, while the 3rd photo shows the view from the room.

Unhelpful staff at the entrance, no one help us to carry luggages despite standing there looking at us moving 2 big luggages, 1 stroller with 2 kids. The staffs at restaurant is unfriendly as well. Btw, the receptions are nice and friendly, guide us through our journey, assist to book cab etc. The room is nice, there is a free gift teddy bear, my kids enjoy the stay here.

This stay was for my child's birthday celebration! The kids absolutely loved the play area on the 12th floor. Our room was clean, smoke-free, and well-lit, with all the amenities we needed. It was great to have a water dispenser in the room for making tea and coffee. The separate bathroom and toilet were very convenient, and my child had a blast taking a bath. The underground mechanical parking was also a plus. The only downside was the soundproofing; we could hear footsteps and flushing from the room above from 10 PM until 12:30 AM. Otherwise, thank you!

The Holiday Inn, located 150 meters from the Sheraton, opened last year and is much newer than the Sheraton. Both hotels are in a rather inconvenient location, with only two convenience stores (a Seven and a Family Mart) nearby. There are no decent restaurants, large supermarkets, or shopping centers – it's practically in the middle of nowhere with no amenities! The air conditioning in my room only blew cold air. Even with the outdoor temperature being low, the display showed 17-18°C, and I woke up feeling cold every night. The breakfast buffet, however, was excellent. It offered a wide variety of delicious food and was the only redeeming quality of my three-day, two-night stay. They offer airport shuttle services daily, but you need to book a day in advance (same-day bookings are rejected).

C31171681. New train station certainly gave it a plus point
2. New shops like Poya and Net at level 1
3. Hope they can consider replacing those paid commercial type of washer and dryer as they are old and not very effective (dryer)
4. Breakfast was good
5. Basement car park included

ExpatThis is a great place just 33 minutes from the Airport. You can Uber, Bus, and half-way HSR Airport Transit. The key thing to note about this location is that you need to bring your own toiletries and dry slippers. Towels, kettle, tea, television and restaurants are available easily. It’s a lovely village and it’s enough distance from the old street to bypass all of the food scents you’re going to taste. The breakfast was traditional Chinese. I highly suggest visiting the café at the wooden Ecological museum and also the coffee shop next door. There’s many side streets which offer unique charm as well. There’s a vegan pizzeria in (Letaoli in Shop) a few minutes away and there’s many stores to go browse through. Stop was super friendly and the views from the upper floor or amazing. There’s a lovely farm to walk to and a ton of temples. As a foreigner, I felt very welcome and everyone was quite friendly in the area. Many kind families within.

This was my second stay at the hotel. It's located right next to the Shimen Reservoir Scenic Area. There aren't many on-site dining options, so both times I opted for Uber Eats, as our small group wasn't really suited for the large, family-style set meals typical of the live-fish restaurants in the area.
The recreational facilities are excellent! There's a ball pit and various interactive parent-child activities perfect for toddlers. For older children, they have a Nintendo Switch, basketball arcade machines, and a billiard room. Highly recommended!
The swimming pool is semi-indoor. It got quite chilly swimming at night, but having a pool is always a big plus.
Breakfast was the standard fare you'd expect from the Howard Plaza Hotel group, and the beef noodles were particularly delicious.

Had such a great time, we extended our stay for another night! Both the adults and kids loved it. The pool was a hit, and the breakfast was delicious – even though we had to pay for the kids, they still thoroughly enjoyed it. The airport transfer driver was also very nice.

Second visit to this hotel. The room is spacious, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area with a large tub, perfect for a relaxing soak. They also have outdoor hot spring pools, a swimming pool, and spa facilities. After a dip in the springs, a stroll along the forest trail is incredibly refreshing. The only downside is that all the Western restaurants here are closed. There's only a cat cafe and a Chinese restaurant that requires reservations, leaving very limited dining options.
