Family friendly Hotels in Quezon City

We recently stayed at Seda Hotel for my daughter’s school event, and I needed to accompany her. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. We booked 1 room with 2 single bed,and both were nice and clean, although they did not have bathtub. Despite this, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both excellent, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. Overall, our experience at Seda Hotel was very positive, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and accommodating place to stay.

The front desk staff who checked us in, Queenie, was super friendly, warm, and efficient. Everyone actually was very hospitable. We love staying here not only because of its prime location and amenities, but also because of the impeccable hospitality. We usually don’t encounter any issue, but during this stay, we were surprised by a cockroach in our room! It surely didn’t dampen our stay since we were checking out when we saw this, but hopefully we don’t see anything like this in the future.

Hotel room was clean and cozy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We also brought our dog and the place is really pet friendly. They charge you a pet fee, but it's worth it. :)

Parking was a challenge. We got lost but then we called the hotel number to ask for help and they were able to direct us to the parking. They don't have concierge to help with your bags but they let you borrow the trolley to transport with your bags. Check-in was quick. They had free 250php voucher in the grab and go, and as an Accor member, we had welcome drinks. It's a no frills kinda budget friendly hotel but has amazing amenities. The room space is well thought of, with bright hues and hip designs. It has the basics you need (mini ref, cups and water kettle), luggage rack and open closet, it has the toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, handsoap, toothbrush), also has face towel, bath towel. I also love that their toilet (with bidet) and shower are separate. They are also eco friendly since they provide you with a water pitcher and in the hallway near the elevators, you can get hot/cold/room temp drinking water. Their buffet was rumored to be good so we checked the Streats restaurant and saw that there were seafood, sashimi, unli drinks, and desserts, we decided to have dinner there and we loved the food quality and service (shout out to Joseph, hope I remembered his name correctly). Must try their homemade marshmallows with chocolate sauce. I hope they add more variety to the cheese, there was only one kind. Roast beef also looked dry. Complimentary Breakfast is also good. Loved the omelet station. We weren't able to go to their roof deck as we were really tired and took a nap, when we woke up it's already closed. We tried to swim in the morning after breakfast in the rooftop infinity pool but it was too bright for us night owls haha. Overall it was a pleasant stay for the price. Service is good. I would stay again in this hotel.

Staff went beyond their way in providing us a quality service and great experience at the hotel. Thank you! Appreciate all your help! From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). We love the hotel. Everything exceeds our expectations. My kids love staying here. Everything smells so fresh. Far way different to all the hotels we have been to. Staffs are so hospitable, all willing to help and assist. We couldn't ask for more. I would just like yo special mention Daryl from the housekeeping department he always extends his helping hands to us specially me who has two children, always asking me and us if we need anything else and help he can gives us. My kids are so happy staying here and we would definitely coming back. Thank you so much Solaire North.

The bathroom is great and mirror is high tech with light and defogger. Hotel is new and rate is great. Staff are nice and helpful mostly the front desk. Only thing is breakfast foods are just okay but lots of foods. Nothing bad about the hotel and hopefully stays the same on my nx stay.

My experience is great overall. The staff are kind and nice. Hotel is clean with liquid soap and shampoo and dental kit. Dim lights and water shower heater a bit difficult to use. Hotel building is a bit old. Overall, it is a great stay.

Surely will come back again. Place is so good. The ambiance, the overall experienced is superb. Thank you very much Glenn for a wonderful time with your unit.
