GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel near Kata Beach. We really liked the hotel's design and the view from our room. The room had everything we needed and more. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a large menu offering various dishes. They even brought breakfast to our balcony. There was a good TV with phone connectivity, fast Wi-Fi (over 100Mbps). Our room featured a luxurious bathtub and a separate shower. The bed was super soft, and there were three different types of pillows, so you could easily find one that suited you. The owner also provides a free airport transfer, but since we couldn't inform him in advance, he kindly arranged a transfer for us to the pier as we were heading to Krabi afterward. The owner also offers complimentary rides to Kata Beach, as it's quite a walk (20 minutes). The pool is fantastic, with lighting at night. We even had direct access to it from our room. A huge thank you to Ren as well – I forgot some items in my room, but the owner was kind enough to pass them on to my friend since I had already left for Krabi. This isn't my first time in Phuket, but I would definitely return to this hotel again!

AAnitolozVery convenient small apartments in modern complex. The apartments are well equipped: a small kitchen area with microwave oven, stove and refrigerator. A sufficient amount of dishes and glass for two. A nice living room area. Good sauna. There is a small balcony, a washing machine. Wonderful public zones with a swimming pool, a runway, exercise simulators. Very beautiful view from the balcony to the golf course. To the sea 12 minutes walk on a beautiful park. There is a free shuttle that goes every half an hour. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much.

KKirill NovakThe hotel, along with its multi-building residence, feels shoddily put together, yet still retains a quickly fading, pseudo-luxury 'China-esque' sheen, not yet entirely scrubbed away by housekeepers and rain. Throughout the property, and without a shred of doubt, right in the lobby, you'll find representatives of 'Tagil' – naked, drunk, urinating, and swearing. This hotel is clearly designed for expats, foreign agents, and other émigrés who are nostalgic for their homeland. A single day here will cure that homesickness. As an added bonus, you'll encounter women with exaggerated lip fillers, aggressive 'Karen' types, and their screaming children. Come one, come all, dear guests!

Environment: The environment is fantastic; the room smells wonderful. It suits Chinese accommodation preferences perfectly. Service: The staff were all very polite! They even helped me print documents for free.
