Disappointing hotel! Hotel facilities: The tail of the shower head was leaking, and the child got splashed with water when adjusting the water temperature for a bath; the door was deformed and could not be closed by inertia; there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and no spare one. Staff service: The front desk staff was indifferent, and the breakfast room staff did not treat guests who paid for children's meals consistently. The hotel's sanitary environment is pretty good.

The service was really bad. There was no bellboy at the lobby door to help with getting or putting luggage in the car. There was nothing to eat for breakfast. Some of the food might have been left over from the previous night (like milk) and I had diarrhea after eating it. Anyway, it doesn't deserve the rating of a five-star hotel.

After getting up in the morning, I was in a hurry, so I went back to the room after breakfast, changed my top, packed up, and checked out in a hurry. In the afternoon, I realized that I forgot to take the top I changed in the morning, so I called the hotel to communicate. The hotel insisted that there were no clothes left in my room. I was convinced. Could my clothes disappear by themselves? As a Ctrip Gold Diamond VIP, this is the first time I have encountered this situation. There is no point in saying more, so I will give you a bad review.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are very smart, especially the breakfast, which is small and unpalatable. It was basically empty when I went there at 9 o'clock. The attitude of the waitress in the restaurant was super bad. This is the worst service in all the hotels I have stayed in. There is an ice cream cabinet in the restaurant. On the first day, there was no sign saying that it was not edible. A little girl took two balls in the bowl and was about to take them away. The waiter said fiercely that ice cream could not be eaten for breakfast and snatched it back. The two balls in the bowl were put back into the refrigerator box. The two flavors were already mixed together. How much would it lose if we gave it to the child? The child took yogurt, and we were in a hurry, so we told her to take it away and drink it in the car, but she was also asked to take it back by the waiter. This is the first time I have seen this kind of service. It is not flexible at all. I will never choose this hotel next time if I stay in Fangchenggang for more than 600 yuan.
