首先房間小，不隔音，床單是破的，也不知道是哪裡來的信心這個房間要賣接近600塊錢，一進房間靠窗牆面上就有污跡，要不是連夜開車累了真的是不願意住退了的。其次，前台服務之糟糕，全部都是素顏朝天的，面無表情，一個稍微還比較熱情，一個一句話也不説，刷個身份證超級無敵慢，你站在她面前等她像看不到似的，板着一張臉，看到都心情不好，差五塊錢就600的房價這樣的態度，我真的無語至極。衹能是真的是不值！不值！不值！還有借雨傘也是，説了以後前台不理你，是嘛，你在辦入住，你在忙，你也可以説一句不好意思，稍微等一下幫您處理之類的話語呀，就把客人晾在一邊。呵呵呵呵，自己體會吧，真心不推薦！還有衞生間淋浴門的膠條都落了…..呵呵呵呵，糟糕的體驗！

十分感謝酒店巡樓的小姐姐。帶着兩個孩子出來，哥哥帶着妹妹坐另一個電梯，結果把妹妹留在電梯裏了。4歲的小孩，一個人，我們真的很擔心。急忙去前台看監控，監控都還沒調出來，巡樓的小姐姐就帶着走丟的孩子打電話過來了。真的是太感謝了。 酒店位置很好，離防城港市的夜市很近，離防城港北站也很近，傍晚還可以步行到海邊逛逛，吹吹海風。
