This is the worst place I have ever stayed. Thought I would check it out for my company to potentially use for all business trips. HOWEVER I was very uncomfortable. 1st I was put on the 3rd floor with the elevator not working. That was impossible to do with a baby to carry up 3 flights of stairs. I eventually got moved to the 1st floor. Well that room DID NOT have heat so I was freezing the 1st night after telling the Hispanic lady and the black lady that the heat didn’t work. They did nothing.. the 2nd night I reported to a Hispanic male who didn’t care as he continued to speak with another worker then walked outside as if I said nothing. I cleared out the room and headed back to Arkansas at 10pm with my 6 month old. It was better in my car on a 5 hour drive than staying in that room.. they really need to shut this place down!!!

After a 5 hour drive to hotel from across the state,. At 3;35pm I’m greeted by a 6”5 transvestite who proceeds to tell me I can not check in until after 4 pm,.? I look around it’s Saturday, the parking lot is empty,.. there’s no one around ,.. I reply “ your kidding ,.. right??” Nope,.. not kidding, I booked the hotel and called ahead to confirm that I could bring a small pet parrot who has an avian specialist in the area to see,. And I have business in the area as well. Taking advantage of being in the Galleria area of Dallas I headed to a market for a few incidentals. Upon my return I check into a room that is in far better condition than the lobby only to find the clocks in this suite where all off by an hour,.. indicating that no one had been in there for a month ( since time change) thus proving zero need for such a ridiculous policy as no check ins till after 4 pm!! So very few lights worked , the heating / cooling system was stuck on - so it was either always heating or always cooling. I just turned the breaker off for hvac and the rest was ok.

The stay was good, we certainly did not enjoy the issues we had with the security deposit which they never refunded. We had to do everything through the American Express customer support which took 3 weeks at least. This really disappointed us.

I had a problem with the light by the bed and they handled it right away, burned out bulb. Would recommend this as a good place to stay the staff was cordial and attentive.

They never cleaned the towels, by accident I booked handicapped room, they did nothing. I had to take dirty towels to them every day to get clean ones.

Staff was friendly and quick at check in. The room appeared tidy but the countertops and table were dirty and the chairs had crumbs on them. I also had a problem with the toilet running and not wanting to flush. When reported, this item was corrected quickly. The shower diverter was also going to be broken, not allowing me to take a shower prior to leaving the next morning. This was reported to the counter staff at check out. Given these issues, it would have been nice to have received some sort of refund or return voucher but all I received was an apology and reassurance that the correction would be made. I also found it off putting that a parking fee was charged but not disclosed at booking. The fee was minor but I did not see any mention of this when booking the room online. Overall, I don’t think I’d stay at this hotel again.

Nice large room with kitchen facilities. Very convenient to my destination. I personally prefer to look after my own room, so the no-maid service was fine.Only slight complaint was a faint smell of stale smoke in the room, which is of course strictly non-smoking.

Lots of problems with fixtures and the elevator is questionable. Saw a lot of wall damage in the room and my first room did not have a working shower head! Beds are comfy, but my room smells weird like wet carpet. And there is $150 deposit required for my incidentals !
