The hotel was well located. Relieved that we were allowed to check in as late arrivals ( due to travel issues beyond our control) although there was a fee involved.

I loved staying at Sunlight House. The location is very central, in a quiet part of the city. My initial correspondence and reception welcome at the B and B was warm, friendly and very helpful. I was able to leave my bags before my check in time which meant I could join a walking tour and see more of the city. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and I had a very good night's sleep. I loved the roof terrace and enjoyed a spectacular sunrise before my flight home. All in all, a lovely place to stay in Faro and I would definitely book to stay here again.

Sunlight enjoys a brilliant central location but also very quiet. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfasts are tasty and nourishing. Our room was very comfortable. Lovely breakfast/common area on the roof of the building. The B&B was an excellent base to explore Faro, very close to the old city, and from which most of the city's highlights and restaurants were reachable on foot.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was cosy and friendly. Our room had a nice bathroom unfortunately they had some water issues while we were there because of a broken pipe in the street but that happens in streets with old houses at least we were given some free bottled water. The B & B is close to everything in Faro and the street is quiet. We really liked the breakfast terrace.

Excellent welcome, very comfortable bed. The house is perfectly clean and the staff very accomodating. The breakfasts were varied and quite sufficient. Very central location not far from the old citadel. A good address.

Great location and very comfortable stay. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Has a living room/roof top patio that you can hang out in/on. Staff are super friendly and helpful with advice about places to see/eat. Leonardo at the front desk is wonderful

The room was very small. It was a room with bunk beds but there were no chairs to use. The room was tiny. The photograph of the room did not indicate how small it was.

We had a single night in Sunlight House between landing at the airport and travelling onwards from Faro station. Sunlight House is in the perfect place to explore the old town on foot and be able to walk to the station. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved being given a map and recommendations, and eating breakfast on the roof terrace. It was so helpful that they were able to look after our luggage. The room was basic, but that's what we paid for.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Has a great roof top terrace to enjoy your breakfast….which is very good. Quiet and walkable to the centre of Faro.
