Sleep Inn & Suites West Knoxville

Friendly and nice hotel with good location

What one expects for a hotel under $100 a night. Will stay again.

Room was clean ish. Lots of updates needed. Walls dingy, bathroom could use bleach and fresh paint. Carpet needs steam cleaned.

This is a lower mid-tier hotel chain so you naturally don't get the amenities or fancyness of some of the higher level chains. But no complaints. Price was cheap for a one-night unexpected trip/stop. Room was well cleaned. Bed was fine. Breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, toast, cereal, oatmeal. Location is in a good area with lots of shopping/restaurants. Commons areas were just okay with some obvious wear/tear and work needed. For the lower price this is a quality place to stay as long as you don't expect it to be something it's not (higher end chains). I would say here again on a pass through Knoxville if needed.

Not the cleanest and water damaged on the ceiling. Bathroom was dirty and the fixtures were broken.

i was extremely pleased with the manner and service received at Sleep Inn and Suites.

A/c in room was extraordinarily noisy, uncomfortably warm, not responsive to thermostat at all. Poor water pressure/flow at bath sink, mold/mildew in caulk around bathtub and shower. Odd odors in hallway. Left early, impossible to get any rest.

Older hotel. Great for a quick stay. Staff is really nice.

It was clean. Something should be done about the highway noise like different windows.
