a very nice place, quiet (in April). The rooms are very spacious and the service impeccable. Very clean. Only downside: the flow of the shower a tad too low. The breakfast is good and served with a smile.

The complex with pool is beautifully designed, the rooms are large with small to large terraces, depending on the location. My room was on the first floor with a huge terrace and sea view. The breakfast is extensive with juices, yoghurt, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, also mozzarella and tomatoes and eggs. Only the typical Apulian bread made from durum wheat was not my thing. The dinner is typically Apulian with a starter, pasta, main course and dessert. Why am I only giving 3 stars? I had communicated my late arrival around 8-8:30 p.m. 5 days before arrival by e-mail with my flight number. This was probably not read. Since my plane was late and my suitcase was almost the last to arrive, I wasn't there until 9 p.m. There was no response to bells and horns, so my driver had to jump over the man-high wall to draw attention to us. At 1/2 10 I was finally able to check in and I was also offered dinner, which I could do without after the theatre.

Breakfast consisted of only the absolute minimum. Bed sheets were not changed at all during our 8 day stay. Sleepless nights due to very loud music and owners dog barking. Hard beds and pillows.

I was a guest here for a week. A pleasant ambience, large, clean rooms and a lot of quiet are on the plus side. I cannot share the euphoria about the food. Breakfast is perfectly acceptable by Italian standards, but dinner is unloving and far from sumptuous. There is room for improvement here as well as with the service during the day and the condition of the pool. My conclusion: can, but does not have to...

What can I say, a really BAD experience on a human level. I have always thought that beyond the place and a structure, it was the people who made the difference and made the holiday a special and unforgettable moment. Especially in recent years, I think each of us has treasured what we have experienced and experienced and I never imagined living such an experience where human relationships and other people's difficulties are trampled on and not even remotely taken into consideration by virtue of the sole purpose of profit ! I'm really sorry because what I experienced does not in any way reflect the values ​​and warmth of the wonderful people of Puglia that I was lucky enough to meet in other circumstances and places. I really hope you never have to deal with this type of approach, therefore, I strongly advise against this structure to all people who want to experience these places while savoring the true warmth and kindness typical of the place. Look elsewhere!

We booked this farmhouse driven by the good reviews and given the higher than average prices we thought it was really worth it, but the stay here was disappointing. We paid for a junior suite and instead we ended up with a large room but other than the size it had absolutely nothing of a junior suite. The room was dark, even during the day we were forced to keep the lights on, lights that looked like candles and two weren't working. The room was on the ground floor with a coming and going of other people passing right in front of the glass door to the bedroom, so zero privacy! Old and unusable furniture because the drawers didn't open and were full of dust. The space in front of the room with the sofas has never been cleaned. The pool is nice, a pity that to reach it you have to cross a dirt road also used by trucks, tractors and cars, with all the dust they raise. There is no shower or fountain in the pool to rinse your feet before entering water: really absurd. The breakfast is poor in quality and quantity. In short, it is absolutely not worth the money needed to stay here.

Ho prenotato una camera Junior suite al prezzo di 250€. Oltre alla metratura, la camera non aveva nulla di suite. Gli ambienti erano composti da due camere: - una prima arredata con divani (di cui uno macchiato), poltrone (con pelle rovinata), camino e tv (che manca nella camera da letto. - La seconda camera era arredata con letto, e bagno. Problematiche: (Arredo discutibile ma vabbè passiamo oltre) - l’acqua della doccia non defluiva correttamente; - aprendo l’acqua del rubinetto ti facevi la doccia; - la tavola del WC era scheggiata; - il divano era macchiato; - le poltrone avevano la pelle rovinata; - le saponette saranno state tramandate da altri clienti. Oltre al sapone liquido non è previsto nessun altro kit bagno); - asciugamani per la piscina abbiamo poi scoperto che a richiesta ce l’avrebbero date! - comodino macchiato di azzurro (?); La struttura nel complesso è molto bella e ha molto potenziale se solo ci fosse la cura del dettaglio, cosa totalmente assente sia nelle camere che nel resto della struttura. Alla fine ho pagato una suite per ricevere (più o meno) una standard. È un peccato perché avevo riposto veramente alte aspettative!

Direction pas accueillante et pas disposée à faire des concessions! Petit déjeuner très mince et pas beaucoup de choix (tranches de pain du jour avant et un seul choix) Draps inchangés pendant tout notre sejour (8 nuits et ceci en plein été)!! Nuits blanches assurées entre aboiements des chiens et musique jusqu’à 3h00 du mat pfff un vrai cauchemar! Aucune armoire dans la chambre de notre fille et des étagères qui tombaient presque du mur 👎 Valise égarée par la femme de ménage etc.. séjour très stressant ENDROIT A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT !!!
