This hotel is poorly run. Our room 627 was not served by WiFi Internet. I complained about it to Marc at the Front Desk 3 times. Finally a technical crew arrived and determined that the router on the 6 floor near our room was not projecting a signal to our room. This could not be remdied during our stay, and no other accomodation was offered. We asked to have our room made up early each day, Marc was argumentative and told us that he can not assure anything. The attitude of Marc was that of a Mr. No to all of our routine customary requests needed to make our hotel stay pleasant. The lack of internet and the lack of a positive attitude of the front desk staff succeeded in placing this hotel on the do not return list for us. The room had minimal ighting adjacen
