When I opened the bathtub, the suite was full of sand, and I couldn't wash it. The hotel does not provide disposable bathtub sets, the service is really average. What's more weird is Ctrip. It is clear that there is a room at the front desk of the hotel, but I cancelled another room I booked on Ctrip. It was more than 100 more expensive to book at the front desk. Said that the supervisor called me the next day and didn't wait for the call.
