The hotel is a bit old, the wallpaper in the room is torn, and the hair dryer doesn't work (the other equipment is very high-end), but compared with the youthful enthusiasm of the front desk lady, it's not a problem

Overall it is good. There are not many hotels in Feldkirch. It is very close to my daughter's music school. There is a big supermarket next to it, and it is not far to walk to the main fire.

There is a parking lot in the basement, so it's no problem for those who come by car. The hotel is comfortable, but in some rooms it took a while for the hot water to come out. (I stayed there twice, so I felt the difference.) Those who come by train will find it inconvenient as it is a 15-minute walk from the station, but it is hard to imagine people coming to this place without a car, so I would say it is a satisfactory hotel.

Not bad, a good local hotel! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich! There is a restaurant nearby that tastes especially good!

If a guest desires air conditioning, be aware that the unit does not provide the cooling level one would expect. It simply moved air around. The hallway was cooler than my room. If a guest requires wi-fi, be aware the service is very poor. I moved to the hallway chair to get a useable signal. Breakfast food, number of choices and service were excellent.

Stayed for 2 nights here. Wish I could have stayed longer. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s located in the old town which was perfect for me : really close to shops and restaurants. There’s a huge InterSpar supermarket almost under the hotel. My room on the top floor was large, modern and comfortable. The view from the balcony was the icing on the cake. Staff were friendly and professional. I must thank the young pair on reception who checked me in. They were very patient while I had to phone my credit card company after the card hadn’t been activated properly for in-person use despite it working online. Breakfast was exceptional. Wide variety, excellent quality and really pleasant breakfast staff. One negative - the pool isn’t open at this time of year.

We were impressed by the built-in amenities and meals offered by the Best Western Premier Central Hotel Leonhard. Hotel was very comfortable and was located very close to the old city and within manageable walking distance from the railway station in Feldkirch. It was very close to the Schattenburg castle. The breakfast layout was very good and the restaurant was specious. They had a reasonably good choice in the breakfast layout to select from. Room was cozy and we could take a bird’s eye view of the old town. Staff manning the reception were very courteous and helpful and catered very well to our needs. We experienced that the seats in the reception area inadequate if a group of guests wished to stay in that location. Even though seating facilities was available in the adjacent area a hotel employee did not allow us sitting in the adjoining lounge where there were sofas and seats. We were enjoying our stay very much until this employee behaved very discourteously harassing us just prior to our departure. Reception staff intervened and apologised to us as a measure of damage control but management of this hotel should take note of this harassment we faced, which we have already reported to prevent such incidents that would tarnish the reputation of their hotel, Consider increasing seating facilities in the reception area for guests. This incident compelled us to rethink seriously about the number of stars that we could give to this hotel.

Uninterested, foreign staff. Not being racist it’s just cheap labour. Super expensive cocktails. Extra to enter spa for HOTEL GUESTS! ‘Free’ wine and beer with supper…. But only from 7.30-9pm! So drink fast. Then they kick you out. Plastic covers on the bed so you sweat like mad. We had single beds instead of the double we booked: was told YOU can push them together!

While the building looks a bit dated, I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Leonard. Rooms are spottles clean, of functiona designl, a bottle of free water is provided. Check-in/out was swift, all staff interaction very friendly. While it’s probably not a hotel I would book for leisure, I’d certainly return for business, as it is very centrally located.

Stayed here as part of a group tour following our visit to the Oberammergau passion play. The hotel is very modern, with a large reception area with a bar area to the side, which was oddly empty the whole time we were there.

Amazing experience from check-in to check-out. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and clean. The balcony was a bit cramped but nonetheless, a great view and addition to any room. The breakfast was legendary. There is a great restaurant for Afghani & Indian fusion cuisine called Taj Mahal within walking distance from the hotel (＜10 minutes walk).

Best location, awesome service and care. The rooms are very comfortable and the attention to guest is great. The rooms, restaurant, lounge reception desk are very good. I have now stayed here for 3rd time this year and always find incremental improvement.

We were a bus group and our tour guide had organized and passed on everything 🔝. Location in Feldkirch was very central, which was fine. The rooms had carpet, no minibar and far too soft, separate beds on wheels, with a bedside table in between and 2 lamps with only one switch, so you were always disturbing each other. The booked buffet in the evening was inferior with poor quality and quantity. Even the potato salad was from a can and the waiters were rude and at times offensive. At breakfast there was at least a good selection of good pastries alongside lots of cheap ready-made products like Striezel, Gugelhupf, etc. The waiter who stands by the drinks machines doesn't care at all whether anything works or is clean.
