The hotel’s service is very good, from the front desk to the restaurant to the driver, to the room service. Eating in the hotel is also very convenient, the breakfast is very rich, the taste is good, the dinner price is a bit expensive, but the taste is good, we chose a set meal, the price is still quite high. 非常推薦，酒店位於景區內部，適合分兩天的那個前往西山景區和玻璃橋。情人谷吊橋在去玻璃橋的路上，從酒店前往衹需要15分鐘。餐廳很好吃，可以在前台定好菜和時間，圖裡的飯菜一共162塊錢。

房間清潔衞生，設施舒適比較新，服務態度很好，前台和客房人員都很耐心。在景區半山腰，窗含西嶺千秋雪。空氣清新，這個季節人很少，但服務都很到位。東北第一泉的山泉眼很有特色。早餐和門票包含在房費裡頭。餐飲都很可口。

優點：地理位置在景區內比較方便，酒店設施一般，出門不遠就可以坐索道上山，出門前可以讓前台講解路線 爆雷缺點：約酒店接送車非常困難！等待時間非常久！約定好了時間沒有司機沒有車，有各種理由拖延！一拖再拖！但是服務語氣非常温柔，衹是不幹活而已，出來玩的美麗心情盪然無存，如果是趕飛機或者火車的遊客，一定要提前出門

山上的酒店，位置很好，環境優靜，遊玩方便，適合家庭旅行，周圍景色優美，距離情人谷吊橋450米，酒店距離上山索道200米。

山上的酒店，在室內就能聽見鳥語蟬鳴，非常有感覺。潔具都是科勒的，房間很乾凈，休息很好。離紫陽觀和吊橋很近，爬山非常方便。有時間的話，可以在山上多住一段時間。
