Chengyun Yuexi Resort Hotel (Fenghuang Ancient Town Hongqiao Branch)

Highly recommended! The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. It's also super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The location is perfect, making it easy to go out for meals and shopping. The staff were attentive and thoughtful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

Cleanliness: Clean. The front desk staff were quite welcoming. We took the high-speed rail special line directly to Qifeng Square, and the hotel was right there when we got off. Very convenient. Recommended.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the scenic area and convenient transportation. The service was also great. The only downside was the poor soundproofing of the room doors; the noise from children playing outside was a bit bothersome, but it usually only happened in the morning, so it didn't affect my sleep.

Facilities: The room amenities are pretty much all there, and the surrounding facilities are comprehensive. There's a city bus stop right outside, with a direct bus to Fenghuang Ancient Town High-speed Railway Station for 7 yuan. Cleanliness: The hygiene is acceptable. Environment: The surrounding area is decent, and it's about a few hundred meters walk to the attractions along the Tuojiang River. Service: The old man and woman at the front desk had an alright attitude, probably around an 80 out of 100.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Qifeng Square. It's super convenient for taking the direct shuttle, as the pick-up/drop-off point is right outside the hotel. Hongqiao is just 300 meters from the hotel, making it incredibly close to the river and the ancient town. The staff are also very friendly; I left something behind, contacted the front desk, and they even mailed it back to me.

Hotel quality is on point! Both the public areas and the rooms were spotless. All amenities were neatly arranged, and the bathrobes were clean and comfortable! The Xiao Du smart room control system was very convenient to use!

I really loved the room's design style; it's both trendy and beautiful. The amenities are comprehensive and very practical, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, stable water pressure, and excellent hygiene. It made for a very comfortable stay.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Hongqiao, offering stunning night views of the Tuojiang River and stilt houses right from your window – the ambiance is absolutely perfect!
