The male receptionist had a terrible attitude. When I asked for an extra room key card, he acted as if I owed him money. Whether you can give one or not, just say so. But even after he gave it to me, he kept grumbling. It's my first time seeing a guesthouse owner so stingy with electricity. 👍

The owner was very attentive, calling us before we even arrived to arrange parking and help with our luggage. The room was nicely decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and was clean, bright, and spacious. Restaurants and attractions are all nearby. The room rate is cheap, but it's a bit noisy to sleep in; there are shops all around, closing late at night and opening early in the morning, which is a bit annoying.

In the alleys on the edge of the ancient city, a short walk leads to Nanhua Bridge. The alleys are full of food stalls and foot massage parlors. Parking is available, but the alleys are crowded, the roads are narrow, and it's difficult to drive.

The owner upgraded our room to a double room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a great view. It wasn't facing the street, so the room was quiet. The cleanliness was good, and the hotel offered laundry facilities, which was convenient for those traveling by car.

This was the best guesthouse I found. It was a standard room, and everything was reassuring. The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The location was easy to find, on a small street in the ancient town. From the high-speed rail station, you could take a bus to Nanhuali, the tourist hub of the ancient town. Many buses travel between the high-speed rail station and Nanhuali, and the owner even offered to help with our luggage in Nanhuali. We visited Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area in the morning and then stayed in Fenghuang Ancient Town to enjoy the night view. It was very lively with many tourists at night. Restaurants had clearly marked prices and were clean and hygienic. Restaurants provided sterilized tableware for two yuan per set, and you could also use free disposable tableware. However, be aware that the owner usually included the cost of the sterilized tableware in the bill; if you didn't use it, you should remind the owner. Although it's not a lot of money, it might leave you feeling slightly annoyed.

The room was very clean and tidy. It was well-equipped and conveniently located, just over 200 meters from the ancient town. The service was warm and attentive, with staff patiently and meticulously explaining the attractions and travel tips. Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

A very good place to stay (forgot to take pictures). The facilities and amenities were complete, the decor was exquisite, and the environment was clean and comfortable. Located in an alley in the old town, it's surrounded by restaurants and is just two or three minutes from the main attraction, the Cloud Bridge. A short walk down to the Tuojiang River offers a panoramic view. The atmosphere is especially great at night, and you can get to the hotel quickly even late at night. I would stay here again.
