服務很滿意 位置也好 酒店電梯需要走半層才能坐 前廳小姐姐很熱情的幫我們一起搬了行李 古城內不好打車 服務員頂着太陽幫我們到路邊一起攔出租車 很感動 小姐姐幫我們都升級到了觀景房 吃飯停車都是滿方便的

對住房有要求的親有400往上一晚住宿的預算就不要選擇這裏了，對住房沒什麼要求的遊客也不要選，1-200房間的標準，400多的價格真高了，我看旁邊有很多其他的選擇，早餐還沒，這房留着旅行社團隊吧.
寫下感受吧：
1.剛開始進房間沒聞到，晚上廁所很臭，客房服務員噴了香水，勉強睡一晚，第二天起床開廁所門差點吐出來.
2.房間處處都透露着廉價，見圖，洗澡蓬頭都是銹的，本進去就想退，但長者家那間已經動了，説就住一晚，想着算了，但後來越來越難受.
3.晚上床上有小蟲子，早上聽到家裡長者説他們房裡晚上有個飛蛾，早上還發現一大蜘蛛.哎….還好就一晚.
4.服務態度還行.晚上小朋友去前台要一瓶水，説要錢，後來給前台發消息，還是送了幾瓶.旅行這麼多天酒店定了不少，最後這晚很影響心情.平台上選來選去失誤，但願大家不要入坑了.

五一假期帶着一家人來鳳凰古城看看，景色確實沒的説，入住的酒店也是一級棒，不管是服務還是衞生都沒得説，酒店有管家跟我們安排行程，安排車輛，停車也非常方便，酒店專用停車場可以停下一百多輛，會介紹好吃的好玩的，超級666下次過來還住他們家，來鳳凰玩的朋友們定他們家沒有錯

酒店還是很新的，沒有什麼異常氣味，酒店走的是年輕化的輕奢風，很符合現代化的審美，位置也挺好的，走到沱江邊衹需要一分鐘，前台小姐姐超貼心，特意給我們升級了觀景房，還仔細的給我們介紹遊玩攻略，還給我們泡茶喝，滿面笑容的迎接我們，體驗了一把高級回家的感覺，下次來，我還要住這家酒店，還要小姐姐給泡茶喝[愉快][愉快][愉快][愉快][愉快]

五一假期來到了我心心念唸的鳳凰城，從長沙出發坐高鐵兩個小時，下高鐵坐上磁懸浮到達我定的酒店，雲端，這家酒店不算核心位置但是勝在安靜，停車也方便，門口就是沱江，在辦理入住期間，酒店管家給了我很多遊玩的建議，給我規劃遊玩路線，非常有耐心，酒店有電梯，工作人員會吧你帶到你住的房間，這樣子避免了我自己去找，酒店分前後棟，前棟可以看見江景，後棟有一個庭院，裏面有好多花花草草，拍照也好看，多肉養的好好，放下行李出去走走，（你要是不知道吃什麼酒店管家也會給你推薦哦）徒步10分鐘就到達鳳凰南華橋，站在橋上看看茂茂的長安城，找一家旅拍店變身雪見，如果你也和我一樣想來鳳凰古城的話 ，我強烈推薦這家鳳凰雲端酒店，服務態度超級棒，價格適中，性價比還高
