FREE COMFORT Hotel（Fenghuang Ancient Town）

Extremely dissatisfied. First, the hotel made false advertising, claiming central air conditioning, but upon arrival, we discovered there was no air conditioning! We called the front desk and were told it was broken! Why wasn't this mentioned before check-in?! This resulted in me catching a cold that night; it was incredibly cold, like an icebox! The only difference between sleeping on the street and having a bed was the extra room! Secondly, the hotel's cleanliness was appalling! There were unidentified liquid stains on the sheets! The hairdryer was also defective.

The room was unbearably hot. I called to ask them to turn on the air conditioning, but they completely ignored me. They said they would turn it on, but it had been running for half an hour and still hadn't come back on—it was a perfunctory response. The pillows were also grimy and had cigarette burnt residue. In the end, I decided to leave that very night and just check out. What's most infuriating is that after paying to check out, no one even apologized, and I ended up paying an extra 20 yuan for parking. Avoid this place!

I was too naive. The merchant taught me a lesson about what it means to get something different from what was advertised, and what it means to nitpick over wording… It clearly said "Esports King Room," and logically, an esports room should include a computer. The merchant explained that having a game controller made it an esports room! Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've heard of such false advertising! Facilities: Quite good, service is excellent, they even told us what time the lights in Fenghuang Ancient Town would be turned on.

Please take good care of yourself. I don’t know how the good reviews came about. They are all based on brushes. The hygiene is poor and the sound insulation is bad. When someone knocked on the door next door, they thought they were knocking on my door. The air in the room is very bad, and the hygiene is not good. Having said that, in this environment, we should imitate others in building smart hotels. The whole thing is not good. We checked out of the two rooms we opened in the morning before we stayed overnight. The service was still good. The lady at the front desk also asked us to stay longer and said we could stay until tomorrow before check-out time. Mainly because I was upset because of the stay. Auntie I heard everything clearly when I was cleaning

The room is large but the curtains cannot be opened. The window sill of the residential building is 1 meter away. Even if the door is locked, there is still a big gap that can be seen from the outside. It is very unsafe inside. There is no secondary lock on the inside of the door. As soon as you open the door, you can see the open corridor door facing the resident door. The lady on duty during the day did help arrange pick-up and drop-off services for me, but the two girls on duty at 8:00 pm were arrogant and indifferent and refused because they wanted to drink medicine and asked for water.

The hotel is located 2 km from the ancient city. Considering the low cost - normal. Near the bus stop. There are some shortcomings in cleanliness, overall I was not comfortable. The bathroom is damp, accessories are provided. Thanks to the staff for helping to call a taxi. The bed is comfortable.

There is no elevator from the first floor to the second floor. You can only take the stairs. It is not convenient to carry luggage. There is a strong fragrance in the room. Others are OK
