The service far exceeded my expectations; I was genuinely touched. The staff even went out of their way to pick up my luggage from the high-speed rail station. After returning drenched from the rain, the hotel front desk thoughtfully prepared a warm ginger-coke for me, which was incredibly comforting. Five-star rating!
