The room was clean and tidy, with good hygiene. The service was excellent and efficient. The hotel's location is superb, and the facilities are complete. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip to Fenghuang Ancient Town.

This was my first visit to Fenghuang Ancient Town, and since it was a last-minute trip from Changsha, I chose to stay at the Hao Feng Wyndham. It was easy to find, being the first hotel I saw when entering the town from the high-speed rail station. I booked a twin room, and the beds were spacious, as was the room itself. Overall, I was very satisfied. In the evening, I watched the ancient town's show, which was really interesting, and tried a local tea drink. The ancient town is great for a stroll when the weather is nice, definitely worth a visit.

Visiting Fenghuang Ancient City during the off-season offers many hotel choices, and the value for money is great. Prioritizing rest, I ultimately chose this Hao Feng Wyndham hotel. It certainly didn't disappoint. The bed was very comfortable, and because it's not within the ancient city itself, it was also very quiet. The amenities are complete, the room is spacious, and the environment is clean and tidy. The surrounding area is a local residential neighborhood, with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, with a very soothing atmosphere, perfect for those of us looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Xiao Yang, the receptionist, was exceptionally kind; she upgraded our room and even gave us a complimentary Miao costume experience to wear while exploring the old town. Overall, the service was excellent, very considerate, not overly intrusive but always responsive – a perfect experience!

The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I slept very soundly. The front desk staff, Xiao Yang, was very helpful. They checked in quickly, upgraded my room for free, and recommended nearby attractions. They were very patient and answered all my questions. The breakfast was also very varied, with fresh ingredients and delicious taste. The entire stay exceeded my expectations. It was great!

I give a thumbs up to Huahua and Mingming. They worked hard for us. The relics were well preserved. They responded to our needs very quickly. The synergy between the staff was also very strong. I was very happy staying here.
