Staff was kind but the area far from the ancient town by foot, important to take into account since it is impossible to get a Didi in the city. Bathroom had no toilet paper and wifi written in a sign didn’t work, besides that room was ok.

It is super close to the Phoenix Tourist Station and the overall environment is good. It is clean and tidy, and the air conditioner is easy to use. The proprietress enthusiastically recommends, teaches how to ride a car, helps with luggage, and recommends.

乾淨衞生，晚上安靜，離鳳凰縣汽車站很近，對面馬路就是了，離古城步行2公里左右。首層有純凈水飲水瓶。浴室空間大，熱水空調wifi都正常。客棧在路邊的小巷子內，路邊有個小招牌。

設施簡陋得可看到，空調壞的，插座也是有點問題，充電一晚上居然沒有連接上。空調外機很吵，一晚上沒睡好，房間不隔音，糟糕的經歷。作為家庭旅館衹有一個入口，想想有點後怕，出現意外火險事故，不堪設想。可整改一下。

熱水供應不及時，訂的是景觀房，説是景觀房，但實際就是窗户大而已，根本看不到什麼景觀，洗漱用品更換不及時且不配齊（漏東西），空調聲音大且不實用，已經把空調調到最大了，實際沒有什麼用，體驗特別差。
