Very cute hotel with warm and friendly staff. The location is good as it is at the end of the town, away from the loud noise from the bars. The hotel is also located next to the big show for the evening, making it very convenient. The hotel staff made us feel very welcome. They booked tickets for the show for us and helped us come up with a plan for activities to do. They also served us delicious tea and snacks at during sunset outside on the terrace and gave us a nice gift when we checked out.

I've stayed in many hotels in China, but this is the first time I've encountered such a thoughtful one. Getting a taxi in Fenghuang Ancient Town is quite inconvenient, but the hotel specially arranged a car to take us to the station, which was incredibly helpful and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right by the Tuojiang River, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Sitting on the balcony, sipping tea, and enjoying the view is incredibly relaxing. They upgraded our room upon check-in, and the service was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also quite good. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

I stayed one night at this hotel, and the service was excellent. The hotel arranged for free pickup and drop off to and from the train station, and helped me with picking out a tour route through the town, and even with recommending places where I can get travel photos. Make sure to set up a WeChat account (especially if you don’t have a local Chinese number), so that the hotel can reach out to you in advance to help arrange your pickup and drop off (you want to take advantage of this if you’re not traveling with a tour group, as taxis and ride share cars can be harder to come by in Fenghuang Ancient City and Furong Town) and answering any questions you may have before arriving in town. All in all, highly recommend!
