Phoenix Grand Hotel

About a ten-minute walk from the scenic spot, the hotel has a large and convenient parking lot, and the rooms are clean.

The environment is beautiful. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic.

This is an older hotel that has seen better days. While the facilities are dated, it's clean and affordable. The location is excellent, and it has a large parking lot.

The facilities are outdated. Disposable slippers weren't provided; they were simply left on the bathroom floor without packaging or a cabinet. The environment was messy, and when we tried to check the security footage, we were told the cameras were broken. For such a large hotel, with so many people during the May Day holiday, they lacked even basic security. The front desk staff were extremely rude, cold, and showed no compassion whatsoever. Other staff members were relatively helpful. Ctrip, please strengthen your onboarding process and conduct more on-site verification. Ctrip, is this considered a four-star hotel? What are your standards? This was the worst hotel I stayed at during my 7-day stay in Hunan.

I booked this hotel on a business trip. Parking is very convenient. The environment and sanitation are satisfactory.

The hotel has convenient parking, quick check-in, comfortable rooms, inexpensive prices, spacious and clean rooms, and is satisfactory. The children think the breakfast is especially delicious😊

The hotel is in a great location, the beauties at the front desk are very welcoming, the room price is very affordable, it is very quiet at night, and the children slept soundly.

When I came to Fenghuang Ancient Town for a tour, I chose the Phoenix Hotel, which is a four-star hotel. It is a 15-minute walk to the core area of the ancient town, saving the taxi fare (¥15+ for a one-way trip in the ancient town). The night snack stall is next to the parking lot. The check-in procedure was quick, and there was help to pull and send luggage. I was kindly informed that if I needed any help, I could call the front desk 24 hours a day. The service attitude was very good. The room I stayed in was in Building 8. The room was large and not depressing at all. The bedding was comfortable, clean and hygienic. The most important thing was that it was very quiet. People with poor sleep are really blessed! The next day, I had a buffet breakfast with a rich variety and local snacks. The taste varies from person to person. I personally feel it is okay. When you come to the beautiful Fenghuang Ancient Town, you must experience this store, which is worth it!
