Extremely disappointing and unacceptable!!!!
I honestly regret staying here. The staff were kind and friendly, but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience.
The condition of the room was absolutely unacceptable, especially considering how much I paid. The entire room smelled extremely musty and old, as if it had been left unused and neglected for a very long time. There was mold throughout the room, and the blanket was visibly dirty and covered with stains.
After sleeping there, I was itchy all over my body and experienced nasal congestion. It was extremely uncomfortable and honestly made me question whether the room was safe and hygienic enough for guests to stay in. Guests should NEVER have to sleep in a room where they are breathing in mold and dealing with poor hygiene.
The air conditioner was also unreliable — sometimes it was cold, sometimes it wasn’t. The balcony was covered in spider webs, which was another clear sign that the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained.
This is not what I expected for the price I paid. I understand that a hotel may have an old building or older facilities, but basic cleanliness, hygiene, and proper room maintenance should be the absolute minimum.
I feel genuinely disappointed and uncomfortable after this stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I definitely will not be staying here again or recommending it to friends or family.
The friendly staff deserve credit, but unfortunately, good service cannot make up for a room that is this poorly maintained and unhygienic.
