Had a lovely stay here, the staff were helpful, they met our DiDi (I think he called ahead?) and helped us with our bags (it is not too bad but there are staircases). They also helped when we were leaving and helped us get a taxi back to the station. Very nice room and nice balcony. Only thing that could be improved is unfortunately a few mosquitoes had gotten into the room, I think because the balcony door was open when we arrived, which is very inviting but maybe leaving it closed would reduce this problem, we closed it after we arrived. It was fine as we killed the mosquitoes and enjoyed our stay, and to be clear the hotel room is clean and nice, and I imagine it is hard to keep bugs out for any hotel located along the water. We had a great stay and would recommend!

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed it. The location is perfect by the riverside with many convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. The scenery is beautiful and the owner and staff’s were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

We cannot understate how wonderful of an experience we had at this hotel. The room that we were given was practically spotless and well laid-out; on top of this, the room was stationed right next to the main street - we had only to walk out the door to get into the action, but at night it can be quite noisy due to the open bar - no issue for us since we sleep very late at night. We also enjoyed their songs as well. Throughout our stay, we did not experience any major inconveniences whatsoever - the room was comfortable, cozy, a bit small for 3 of us and a relief to be in after a long day of walking around the town. The large balcony is a plus. We spent a number of breakfasts and lunch enjoying the beautiful view of the town. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly to any tourist visiting Pheonix town.

I'm very happy to be here, very hospitable, a very nice room with a view of the river and the house, day and night, clean and nice rooms, a Japanese toilet, and before going home, I recommend you to stay here and you'll love it.
