Excellent top notch service from the staff member doing the transfers to and from the train station. Our room was exceptional, the location was outstanding and the staff at reception were 10/10, very welcoming and informative. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the beautiful leaving gift we received. Beautiful memories made. Would highly recommend.

The room was absolutely beautiful, featuring a classic Chinese decor. It's right next to the Tuojiang River and Xueqiao Bridge, and you can access the balcony directly. There's also a complimentary pickup service from the station with staff to help with luggage. Fenghuang Ancient Town is stunning, and my child was thrilled. Before coming to Fenghuang, I thought all ancient towns were pretty much the same and overly commercialized. However, Fenghuang Ancient Town left a great impression. It has unique clothing stores, restaurants, and local handicraft shops. Plus, many areas within the old town have very few shops. Before 8 AM, a gentle mist rises, drifting over the flagstone bridges and winding through the mountains, filling the air with a refreshing scent. At night, the stilt houses are brilliantly lit, creating a dazzling and uplifting spectacle. It truly allows you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and forget your worries in Fenghuang.

A very pleasant hotel right in the heart of all the attractions. Absolutely stunning stay and had a beautiful birdcage decor in the lobby. Room was spacious and the view was breathtaking.

Checked into this hotel today and had an amazing experience! The location is super convenient, close to both attractions and shopping malls. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the check-in process quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was odor-free and well-equipped. They even offered a free breakfast with a wide variety of options. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely be back!

The butler's service was excellent! The view and decor were also quite good. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great.

The location is fantastic, right by the river in the ancient town. The staff, especially Xiao Wei, even upgraded us to a balcony room. We could sit right on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful night view of the ancient town by the river. The only downside is that the bar downstairs closes at 11:30 PM, so it can be a bit noisy if you go to bed early. The pictures were all taken from the balcony.

This place has a superb location in the heart of the scenic area. The butler service was incredibly attentive, and the complimentary pick-up/drop-off service was a thoughtful touch. They even gave us a souvenir! The attention to detail is just perfect. If I ever come back, I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You get an amazing view of the Tuojiang River at night, and it's super convenient for shopping.

Stayed here during the Chinese New Year. The bar was closed, which was a bit of a shame. However, the location is absolutely fantastic, and the butler service was very thoughtful and attentive. In the mornings, they offered delicious hot rice noodles, congee, and a variety of Chinese and Western pastries. On New Year's Eve, they even served dumplings!

The room was clean and tidy, with a water view from the window. Breakfast was simple and average. The heating was already on when I arrived, which was a nice touch. The price was a bit high. The front desk staff were very friendly and arranged for a driver to pick me up from the high-speed train station and wait for me in the parking lot. Thumbs up!

Right by the Tuojiang River, with spacious rooms and a riverside view. The local ethnic charm is strong, and the hospitality is truly exceptional! We didn't even have to carry our own luggage; the manager personally assisted us, and a butler was available 24/7. Beautiful scenery, beautiful people, beautiful heart ❤️

The scenery is pleasant and has a charming, antique feel. The experience was fantastic! The front desk ladies were incredibly enthusiastic and gave excellent recommendations for tours, food, and photo spots. Highly recommend staying here!
