Hotel is located on the river, and I had a first row view on the river. Room was spacious and with a very nice decor in oriental style.

Love my upgrade to river view with big balcony to host friends for tea/ wine.
小伍is very helpful to pick me up when I couldn’t locate based on address given.
Due to ancient town cobblestones, not encouraged to drag luggage. Backpacks or hand carry are best for short stay.

The room is quite small but it's very clean. Toilet is also very small & crampy.
The location is great. Very close to the Red Bridge / entrance of Phoenix Ancient Town. Can easily walk to most parts of the Ancient Town.
The lady boss is very friendly & her staff is very helpful.

Pros: Large room with a lovely balcony overlooking an amazing view of the river. Good air-con. Central location.
Cons: At night, the sound of live music is incredibly loud - I couldn't block it out even with earplugs and the air-con fan running. The balcony sliding doors do not lock, or shut properly. Also, the toilet is positioned right under the shower, so gets very wet (the sink is just outside the shower/toilet room).

Fantastic location, hotel sits on the river, very close to one of the main bridges, amazing view from the balcony. Owner is super welcoming, she picked me up from across the bridge as cars have to stop outside, helped carry my suitcase the whole way to the hotel. Settled me in very well to the room, helping with directions to the places I wanted to go to and also giving me a few snacks. Absolutely loved my stay here in Fenghuang.

My husband and I traveled to Fenghuang for the first time and stayed at the Linjiang Diaojiaolou Inn. It was a great experience. The balcony had a great view of the Tuojiang River and Hongqiao. The night view was beautiful and the commercial street was within walking distance. The beautiful boss is super nice. She picked us up and helped with our luggage 🧳. The suitcases were really heavy. She also lit mosquito coils in the room in advance to drive away mosquitoes. It feels like she is like a family member 👍. It is worth recommending!

Although there were many people during the May Day holiday, the comfort of the room offset most of the fatigue. The balcony allowed us to directly feel the joy of travel photography. The landlord was also quite talkative. He took the initiative to ask to pick us up. He was very gentlemanly and helped with the luggage. He also recommended good places to eat, drink and have fun in the surrounding area. 👍🏻
