The room is quite big, but the layout is very strange. The bathroom is behind the wall next to the bed. It will be scary to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I called the front desk to ask if there were any other room types, and I was directly shown a room next to the room with a bed when I entered the room, so I settled for this strange room. Waking up several times at night just feels weird. The carpet in the room and the small seat next to the bed had unknown stains. If it is a carpet that is so dirty, it is better to have no carpet. The water in the bathroom is good and the temperature is high enough. But the hair dryer, I really can't complain, it doesn't dry my hair, it's touch-sensitive. It almost broke me, so I stopped blowing at all. TV... basically equal to decoration. I just thought it would be too difficult to take a break and watch TV at night. There is also traffic, which has nothing to do with the hotel. The main reason is that there is no online car-hailing in this city, so you can only go to the road to get a taxi. It takes 5-8 minutes to walk from the hotel to the road. Generally speaking, I think this price should not be a hotel with such an environment. I have not lived in other Xi'an, but as far as this experience is concerned, I will not choose to experience Xi'an again when I go to other cities.

The service attitude is poor and the work efficiency is low. The whole family is waiting for you for 20-30 minutes. The room is too bad, it's not an authentic Xi'an Hotel at all, such a big room, the TV is so small, the air conditioner can't blow it up, I have a cold, the bathroom is full of glass, like an ice cellar. The price is far worse than that of Hanting. It's an apartment hotel! Don't come, you will regret it once!

鳳凰古城的希岸酒店還是挺不錯的，裝修風格簡約清新，酒店位置方便，下高速不到十分鐘就到了酒店，停車非常方便，房間也很安靜，最喜歡他家的床墊和乳膠枕，回去還特意找前台小姐姐買了四個帶回去，前台服務也很熱情，還有免費的導遊小姐姐給耐心介紹遊玩路線，就是周邊買東西不是很方便，要出小區才有便利店，不過私密性挺好，早餐是自助的，品種不多，米粉還可以，衞生也乾淨清爽，總體感覺還可以吧，推薦不喜歡住民宿的可以體驗一下。

體驗感自我感覺還不錯的哦，分享一下吧，酒店位置在縣城，鳳凰縣城不大，本人是衝著連鎖品牌放心的前提選擇了這家酒店，建議不要住民宿，我就是從民宿換到這的[破涕為笑]，房間很安靜，有洗衣房，烘乾機，不會有太多的打擾，沒有汽車的鳴笛聲，這點也是我喜歡的，一覺睡到自然醒，床上用品也很舒服哦，就是早餐一般般啦，品種不多，不過米粉好吃，推薦！

暑假帶孩子去鳳凰玩，以前也住過希岸，鳳凰這家也沒讓我失望，大堂淡淡的香氛很好聞，房間面積很大，裝修簡約乾淨清爽，前台很熱情，入住時和離店後都送了免費的水，導遊小姐姐熱心推薦遊玩的景點，鳳凰古城的夜景很美，性價比挺高，今年吃住都很划算，推薦這家！
