We loved our stay, they warmly welcomed us with good tips for the city and a delicious orange. The host are very friendly and extremely atentive, they even upgrade us for a biger room for free! They are also very skilled in using the translate to comunicate with us. The room was very cozy and clean, with more than everything you need to be confortable. You can see the care in many details. The eletric blanket is a plus to make you sleep like a baby warm and relaxed. The location is perfect to visit the ancient city and also the local restaurants and markets. The owner is absolutely lovely and helpful, he upgraded us to a largeur room for free and was always available if needed. The location is perfect to discover the city. The room was clean, bed comfy, the bathroom could have been better cleaned, but still alright.

The hotel's location is excellent. Following the directions provided by the owner, it was just a two- or three-minute walk from where we got off the high-speed rail shuttle bus. The owner was also incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, giving us tips on scenic routes and food recommendations for Fenghuang, which helped us avoid many common tourist traps.
