I recently stayed at this hotel. The good news is that the place was pretty clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, the bad news is that the whole hotel reeked of smoke, thanks to the chain-smoking neighbors. The lobby, hallways, canteen, and even my room were all filled with that nasty smell.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. Get off at Fenghuang Ancient Town Station and take a tourist bus to Nanhuamen, then walk a few hundred meters to the hotel. It is very quiet to sleep at night, but the room is a bit small. We upgraded to a business room for free, and there are welcome fruits. The food at the Tianyuan Restaurant at the door is good!
