位置極佳，距離舞馬世界很近。房間不錯，但設備一般，比如浴室噴淋水量小，水温不穩。另外，我們是第二次入住，但十一期間來回門口三次竟然進不去，路線改動沒有明確標誌，各個導航系統也都沒有更新，詢問前台服務員也説不清楚，到店質疑，告知領導讓改動的…無語！

感覺這個早餐和環境對不起1700一晚的價格， 先是環境，第一天入住，沒有訂到親子房，在主題大床房加的床，地板上好多小生物，一言難盡，要知道我們入住的是11層啊，房間大小一般 然後早餐，第一天入住時，工作人員有提醒，4點開餐，最好6點之前來吃，7點以後人就多了，10點閉餐，但是無奈，第一天玩的太晚，無奈大人孩子都起不來，9點到的餐廳，比想象的還要擁擠，等座位、等餐，各種排隊，400多間房的酒店，而且入住基本都含早餐，為啥吃早餐的地方那麼小，而且種類也不多，打咖啡也要排隊等，結果就是排到座位以後，大人排隊拿東西，孩子們吃，然後大人再胡亂吃幾口，因為後面還有別的客人等着桌子！ 另外小童拖鞋和小童浴巾確實是沒看到，

總體不錯，據説是馬鎮最好的酒店了。 停車方便，免費。 步行可到美食街，大約800米，步行可到馬鎮度假區，大約十分鐘。 新建不久，乾淨，整齊，藏式風格。 房間雖然不大，但應有盡有，一層有餐廳，有個小小的小童樂園，有個健身房。必須説，健身房面積不小，但沒人，小童樂園面積很小，但人滿為患，因為來這裏玩的，帶孩子居多。 房間外面是草地，環境不錯。房間沒有空調，對於北方草原到也可以，但因為房間窗户不夠大，通風不好，所以晚上可能還是很熱的，建議怕熱的帶個小電扇。 吐槽一下房間的衞生間，衞生間的一角不明白為什麼用玻璃磚代替了實體牆，所以衞生間的光線可以照到房間裏。然而，不知道設計師怎麼想的，設計了感應燈，也就是半夜你上廁所，一推門，衞生間立刻燈火通明，連排風扇都開了，然後房間裏也是很明亮了。 酒店早餐還算中規中矩，能吃飽，而且對孩子友好。 來馬鎮玩，住宿不錯的選擇。

在這裏，這個酒店算最好的了，衞生符合我的要求。是現代的蒙古包形式，卧室裏麪都有陽台，很舒服。這個月份穿長袖秋衣秋褲的厚度就行。卧室有電暖氣。 服務特別好。提前一天管家來電話告訴周邊遊什麼，怎麼玩。到了酒店前台，新管家藝文服務周到並且及時！臨走時候白色衣服卷被子裏了，找到以後藝文神速給我快遞迴北京。太貼心了。在酒店要擺渡小車，藝文都第一時間把小車找來，每次我們都是第一個坐上小車的旅客，嘿嘿嘿

大堂非常氣派敞亮，尤其中間那個可能是水晶馬🐴擺件特別好看。挨着白馬酒店，不過聽説比白馬要好一些。反正去舞馬世界樂園都需要開車，不如選條件好一些的。早餐性價比很高，價格不貴，種類也足夠了。
