房間很舊，洗手間連一瓶洗手液都沒有配備，酒店還提醒大家注意疫情防控，連洗手液都沒有，房間吹風機很舊，沙發很臟，上面是不知名的污漬，早餐衹有粥和粉等總共5樣選擇，服務前台態度尤其差，辦理入住時沒明白我的意思然後面無表情在懟我，簡直太糟糕！

超級無敵差，大冬天洗到一半，熱水器沒熱水了，怎麼等都沒熱水，找了服務人員説讓我們等，等到凌晨2點多還是沒水，地上發黴，設備壞的壞，沙發臟兮兮，茶几都是灰，地上啥都有，紙巾頭髮甚至別人留下的煙頭煙灰零食袋子等，床就不用講了隔天臉過敏了，找了服務沒用，態度又差，你愛住不住的態度！！！又貴又不好的體驗。

算老住客了，房間比別人同價位的面積大，衞生也可以，所以帶孩子出門我都會首選豪江！這次入住發現大堂增加了保安，之前是沒有的，老闆，你這酒店生意是可以的，不差，但你在房間電視機這方便就那麼省嘞，現在電器便宜，衹要有網絡就能用，你能不能升級一下，不要再用老設施了，對於小孩來説不方便啊，看電視還得問一下怎麼用，qt説還比較複雜，🤣，你考慮一下啊，家庭入住還是不方便的，住客自己用方便不用找工作人員這效率還是比較重要的！

5點左右辦理入住，入住體驗極差！
1.洗澡花灑漏水，衹有花灑中間會出小量水
2.投影儀房，投影儀使用不了，叫來工作人員弄不好 直接關掉了
3.空調遙控器 裏面連電池都沒有，撥打前台電話 前台人員説，是在廁所裏面開關空調，查看後並沒有，是在天花板空調上方，叫工作人員拿電池，拿了15分鐘沒來人，無奈衹好自己去前台問，前台工作人員態度很惡劣
4.被子味道特別臭，發黃
5.隔音效果極差極差極差，酒店工作人員，客人，在外所有動靜 説話 聽得一清二楚
