I booked a hotel for a temporary trip during the Qingming Festival. I just wanted to find a place with few people to soak in a hot spring. Suddenly, I saw Fengxin Jiuxian Hot Spring Resort Hotel on Ctrip. I thought it was pretty good after reading the online reviews! I drove more than 270 kilometers to the hotel. Although the driving distance was long, I felt that the hard work on the road was worth it when I arrived at the hotel lobby! The hotel is very new and has a large area. We booked a deluxe double room. The room area is not large, about 30 square meters, but it is small and exquisite, with all kinds of equipment, new bedding, new bath towels, and good toiletries in the room. However, the room is equipped with purified water, which I don’t like very much. Fortunately, I brought a box of 5100. The washroom and toilet in the room are too small, which personally affects the stay experience! However, the balcony of the hotel room is still very good. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and bask in the sun! The hot spring water in the hotel is really good, and the hot spring water makes the skin slippery! However, there are too few open pools in the hot spring center, and it is almost impossible to find a few hot spring pools to soak! The hotel breakfast is good, and rice noodles are highly recommended, which tastes great! The most regrettable thing is the Chinese restaurant. I had dinner and lunch during this stay. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant were not very fresh and the taste was not good. I hope the hotel can improve it! The soft service of the hotel is still very good, the front desk and room service are very good, which is commendable!

The big bathtub is very comfortable for hot springs, and they also thoughtfully prepared disposable bathtub bags, which are hygienic and reliable... The most satisfying thing about the hotel is the breakfast, and the most satisfying waiter is Yang Lirong... On the contrary, the front desk waiters are just so-so, with a businesslike attitude, and forgot to send welcome fruits. I had to call twice to make up for it... I lost a room card and was charged 30 yuan... The five-star praise is because Yang Lirong made up for it...

The only drawback was that the hot spring opening hours were too short, 13:00-22:00, there were not enough towels in the hot spring area, and the instructions to the hot spring center were not very clear. The front desk just pointed in a direction, and it would be better if there were text signs. The passage from the hot spring center to the hotel was closed at 10 pm. In the end, we could only go back to the hotel from the parking lot. It was a bit cold in winter. Overall, I was satisfied and would go to the hot spring again if I had the chance.

The hotel is located near the mountains, the scenery is beautiful, and the hot springs can be entered and exited as many times as you like. The only thing that impressed me was Xiao Cai at the front desk. She was enthusiastic and patient in answering my requests. The breakfast was a buffet with many varieties, and it is worth going again next time...
