酒店煙味巨大，且有下水道反味，隔音也差。前台服務意識很低，一看就沒有經過培訓，對客户問題和投訴並沒有解決方案。白瞎了這個酒店的投入和硬裝。

房間一進門一股巨大的煙味薰得頭暈，直接回前台換房間，前台表示定的房型不區分無煙房和吸煙房。如果非常介意煙味，衹能加100元住樓上的無煙樓層。問能不能讓保潔確認一下，找一個沒有煙味的房間，前台表示沒有辦法保證無煙味，衹能加錢更換無煙樓層。住過那麼多酒店，從來沒有碰到過無煙房要加錢的説法。而且預訂的時候也沒有標註出房型是不禁煙的。
另外攜程上預訂價是361元，而酒店前台公示價格是298元。我加了100元即461元入住了一個298元的房型，目的衹是為了不要聞到煙味。實在是太奇葩了，自己服務做不好，還要把消費者當豬宰。大家注意避雷！！！也不要在攜程預訂！！前台直接訂更便宜！

很安靜，裝修好，是個很新的酒店，在當地算是比較好的酒店了，可以看到景觀，夜晚的燈光秀很美，早餐也還可以，性價比很高了。

夜班服務態度極差 客房電話打前台電話都沒人接的 後面換手機打過去話都沒説完就掛斷了 房間也是沒有備涼拖的 然後晚上準備睡覺的時候 上面枕頭拿開就看見床頭一坨鼻屎 衞生做的也太差了吧 還定位奉新最好的酒店呢 還不如某些小酒店 人家至少服務態度和衞生是做到位了的 希望貴公司要要要培訓一下員工

垃圾服務，入住的時候就發現維修員坐在沙發和床上玩手機，客房衞生沒有驗收合格就讓人入住，第二天早上趕早班車沒時間去吃早餐，詢問是否可以打包一點糕點，服務員高高在上的説：本店自助早餐，禁止一切外帶，説酒店服務垃圾都是侮辱垃圾兩個字。

不足之處
1，空調自動調節温度，有點過低，人工調高有點費勁（因為會自動調節到22-24度，夜間睡覺不友好，過冷了~~不知道是不是我不會操作）
2，衞生洗漱間，屬一體式且與房間相通處無門（開發門），隔音差，上廁所，洗個手，水流聲超大（夜間去洗手間噪音太大），希望改善
優秀的地方：房間超級無敵大，單人床是與大床分開隔着的（一個小內室）這個是我最喜歡的，大寶可以分開住，有私人空間。其他設備基本都自動化，比較OK
總體來説臨時來住基本可以解決一家四口人住一起的方便性，在縣城來説已經非常不錯的了
