一個優秀的前台對入住體驗影響真的很大很大，入住當晚前台工作人員態度惡劣，全程沒有笑臉。回去酒店想喝熱水發現燒水壺壺口處有不明白色物體，把我噁心壞了！！第二天退房前台工作人員換了一個，態度誠懇，面帶笑容，我等了很久才幫我辦完，那我也等的開心，心裏沒有任何意見～我都懷疑前面的一個工作人員是友商派來的
