Hockey team was housed on first floor. Quiet time hours are 10-7.  Hockey parents loud. Complained at 1:00a and front desk blew us off. 

Floors in bathroom had hair that was stuck to floor during mopping process but not picked up.

We stayed here one night on our way home from a long trip.  It was a very good stay with a nice clean room and the usual Drury kick back evening and breakfast were great.  We ate dinner with the kick back and did not have to go out to a restaurant.  The clerks were helpful and we had a nice secure place to park.  It was a nice quiet evening and good rest.  It is right on the Eastbound I 44 ramp, making it easy to get out of there in the morning.  It is as a top hotel for a stay over.

The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was in great shape and clean. We would definitely stay here again and would give it the highest of recommendations to anyone traveling in the area. The breakfast was very good and everything was run very well. They do charge you a $50 cleaning deposit which they assured me would be refunded. Top notch! 

Amazing customer service! Entire staff was helpful, breakfast and dinner were great and rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool and spa area was well kept and liked the decoy that there was indoor/outdoor pool options. It was nice to Feel welcomed and be greeted with smiles. Enjoyed our stay!
