Such an awesome place to stay in tromso . Relax and peaceful , quiet place . You can even enjoy northern light on your own place . And reception was super helpful , all the staff are very friendly and helpful . Definitely will be back in summer .

I didn’t read my email. They sent an email after 8pm informing us our key details as we check in at 11:15pm. Everything is so good, key pick up, drive to room and park beside our cabin. U can view stars from the room ceiling window. There’s a balcony with table and chairs, view of snowy mountains, damn beautiful. We drove out at night away 20mins from cabin and found our fist northern lights at 1:20am super excited!!! This lodge is fantastic we will back to stay if we come back to Tromso.

Exceptional, we have felt at home. The workers at the place are charming and the explorer cabin is perfect for a few days as a couple.

Everything is fine. There is a buffet and a free sauna. The suite also has a kitchen. I bought ingredients in the city and cooked them at home. A king crab leg costs 600 kronor. I bought salmon from the supermarket and cooked it. It was the best salmon I have ever eaten. Tenderer than smoked. But it’s almost 3 kilometers to walk to the city. Although it feels like you can see the aurora, you still have to sign up for a tour and go to a place two hours away to see it.

The information kit from the hotel was great, they give you a lot of information about Tromso before and during your stay. I would have rated five star if the hotel lets me what I should expect for the traditional cabin, I would have changed to deluxe cabin if I knew this ahead.

Very friendly and approachable staff..definitely recommended . Only disadvantage was intercom or no phones in room if we needed to call the front desk.. Overall highly recommended property to stay. Very cozy and relaxing ambience

The check in was seamless Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were informative about the lodging and outside excursions. The cabins were clean perfect for our group. Affordable and close to the center of town if you wanted to hear to the city .
Will definitely recommend this to everyone
