Reviews of Nightcap at Ferntree Gully Hotel Motel

Best motel that we stayed in many years. Good customer service and helpful receptionist. The room was very clean and a newly renovated toilet. The room was in good size, big space, and more than we expected. The best thing is that the view from the motel is awesome and mind-blowing🥰 will come for another stay in the motel with my family and definitely recommend to family and friends 🧡 perfect for family with kids and all ages. Safe place with security facilities.

Our flight was delayed coming out of Hobart, we were assured we could check in up to 4am which was great as we finally arrived for check in around 11pm . The room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was recently refurbished. We parked behind secured gates and were close to the area we were heading to the following day. Arrival and departure back onto the main road was easy.

Great motel with many local amenities and restaurants nearby. Spent a few nights there while working at a nearby farm and had access to near by gyms and climbing gyms.

The attitude is very bad. The man at the front desk completely discriminates against Chinese people. It's disgusting. I will not stay here again. Three days' room fee was deducted.

The hotel rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the restaurant is a great value for money. The WiFi signal is poor because the birds are chirping loudly in the suburbs.

The environment is very good and quiet, and there is a woolworths supermarket next to it. The room is very comfortable and clean, and you can park at the door, which is very convenient!

The room is big and clean, not expensive, and very cost-effective. There is water and milk in the refrigerator, and there is a big supermarket next to it. But there is no one at the front desk after dark, and you have to go to the bar next to it, which is a bit annoying. There is no elevator, no staff, and you need to carry your luggage to the second floor by yourself. It is a self-service check-in--don't stay if you are not good at English, you can't even figure out the Wi-Fi password.
