Seventeen of us celebrated our 57th high school reunion at the beautiful Addison on Amelia Island earlier this month. The wonderful hosts, Lisa and Ron, accommodated every one of our needs. The buildings, rooms, and gathering areas were cheerful and perfect for relaxing and spending lovely times together. All was clean and updated, and our bathrooms were outfitted with a myriad of the best of products. The location was perfect--we never moved our cars! We highly recommend this great Bed and Breakfast!

Our visit was absolutely superb!! We spent 3 days & 2 nights there in Fernandina Beach & at the Addison! Lisa & Ron are great! Everything was beautiful with great communication & attention to detail! We enjoyed walking to our restaurants along with walking to the Marina. Throw in a day of bike riding to Fort Clinch, sightseeing and shark tooth hunting on the beach at the state park. Breakfasts; yum!!! We look forward to coming back and staying at The Addison on Amelia Island!! Did I mention we already booked our next visit!!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Addison! Ron & Lisa are wonderful hosts. We met such nice people staying there, there is such a nice sense of community. We loved our delicious breakfasts & the many special perks & amenities; bikes, beach chairs, special spa products & delicious tea. The location was ideal. Ron is a wealth of information on all things Amelia Island! Thank you❤️

Our time at the Addison on Amelia was just perfect. The Inn is beautiful and well restored and well kept. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. All were top notch! Lots of nice places to eat within walking distance and a delicious breakfast provided in the morning. Lisa also helped us out by giving us her suggestion of the best possible route to our next stop further south in Florida. Much appreciated!!

The Addison on Amelia is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Amelia Island. It is located in the historic district of Fernandina Beach and easily walkable to the shopping area and restaurants of which there are many and of varying menus to satisfy your cravings. The inn is exceptionally clean and the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. We especially enjoyed staying in room #2. Ron and Lisa are very hospitable hosts and will see to all your needs. Lovely breakfast is served 8:30-10am and there is a wine gathering around 5 where it is nice to meet the other guests staying at the inn. Highly recommend Addison on Amelia.

Our stay at the Addison on Amelia Island, Florida, was memorable due to the hospitality of Ron and Lisa, the owners and operators of this bed and breakfast. The room was clean with all the toiletries provided. The location was perfect. The marina, downtown area and restaurants were a short walk from the B and B. Lisa and Ron provided several brochures and advice on activities and tours. The breakfasts were gourmet and the happy hour in the evening was much appreciated.

What a lovely place to celebrate our anniversary!! It’s easy to find and walking distance to a ton of bars, restaurants and other activities (like mini golf, waterfront, duck pin bowling). We added the romance package which added beautiful roses, champagne, $50 toward dinner at 1 of 4 restaurants, a coach tour, and a cheese, nut and fruit tray. The breakfasts are NOT average ones. Between the presentation and the gourmet recipes… delicious. The hosts, Lisa and Ron went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. And Sandy gave kisses on our way in or out unless she was on squirrel duty. We’ll definitely be back!

Our second stay at The Addison was just as awesome as our first stay. Our room was nicely appointed with vintage style furnishings and a fireplace adding to the ambience. Breakfasts were both healthy and delicious. The location is within easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Ron & Lisa go above & beyond to make their guests feel welcome & comfortable.

We had an amazing time at the Addison. Fantastic location, you can walk everywhere in downtown historic Fernandina. The breakfast was great! Happy hours nightly on the house. Room was comfortable and well appointed. The innkeepers were super helpful and friendly! We loved our stay!!
