The Riad has beautiful traditional decoration and a strong local atmosphere, making it a good place to experience Moroccan-style accommodation.
However, the location is quite difficult to find, and some locals may try to scam visitors by claiming the road is closed and offering to guide them for tips.
The hotel facilities also have some limitations. The sound insulation is quite poor, and hearing arguments from neighbouring houses late at night was not a pleasant experience. There were also occasional unpleasant smells in the bathroom, the TV in the room was not working, the actual check-in time was delayed due to room cleaning, and there were many flies around during breakfast in the rooftop restaurant.
Overall, considering the price, the Riad may be considered above the local average standard, but there is still a noticeable gap compared with international accommodation standards. It is worth staying for one night to experience the local style, but I would not recommend a longer stay.
