Ozturk Apart Hotel

2nd time at this hotel/apartments and better than the first time. Nothing too much trouble. Spotlessly clean throughout. Are getting a good menu together and the food on offer is delicious. Friendly happy and like family cant wait to come back. Role on September......... Mahmht, cory and sol see you soon xx

Been to marmaris for 20 years,stayed at the ozturk this time what a great holiday we had,the rooms were cleaned everyday with clean towels and bedding, the staff were great would go above and beyond the help,great food,thanks Mehmet,sol,koran and rose and all the staff see you next year

Stayed for 10 nights 2 adults 3 kids between the ages of 13 and 17. Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. The aircon is in bedroom and lounge area and it works great. Bedding and towels changed everyday. Attention to detail is needed in some areas of rooms and around the pool area (like the pool drains need taking out and cleaning as there is black slime which doesn't smell nice. Also the green astro turf by the pool smells. Another thing there was absolutely no entertainment put on at all and the hotel was full or nearly full, so a Turkish night or something would have been nice. The hotel is is a 5 min walk to the dancing fountains and then a couple more mins away from the beach and shops. The food is nice and fairly priced. The staff are amazing.

As usual my stay at ozturk apartments was amazing. The rooms and hotel was always clean and spotless, the food was amazing and the staff were so kind and compassionate. Mehmit and the other staff made sure you were always happy and were always making sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been coming here for years but must say this year is fantastic!!! The new food menu is outstanding!!!! The meals are cooked fresh and are outstanding!!! The service at hotel is never too much to ask for , they always go out their way to make sure you have a great time. Mehmet , Koray and Sol make you feel so welcome , keep it going guys - Ozturk is back !!!

Usually stay at this establishment with my Turkish husband stayed there 5 times last season and again stayed for 15 days this may ! Previous opinion lovely cheap cheerful however on this occasion absolutely terrible and disgusting ! 1 night while in bed could hear rustling and my husband straight away said check the room so he moved the bed and lo and behold there was a rat !!! All under the bed was covered in months old urine and rat droppings , yes we had food in the apartment and balcony door open on 1 afternoon but this rat had been there evidently for months ! Cleaning staff had clearly never cleaned under the bed between visits through the season and winter from previous guests! Disgusting , asked for a solution and was confronted with a contract to be signed before any refund etc , I’d of happily moved rooms but this was never offered was told all British do the same complain and want money back at end of booking !!!! Apparently having nuts made the rat come in hahah u can see by the pictures below how long that rat has been there and the fact it was living in the bed base is evident it hadn’t just come in on the afternoon !Health and safety have been informed ! And the fact they had rentokill out straight away to do the full hotel speaks volumes !!! Don’t waste your money you can find cheaper and cleaner in marmaris

My daughter has a Turkish husband, so quite often flies over flight only and organises a hotel for them both once she is there, this time she and her husband rented a room on a day to day basis at the Ozturk Apartments, she stayed at this hotel a few times and never had a problem until this time! They had stayed there for 12 nights out of the 21 they were going to stay for and periodically had heard rustling, but because the weather was bad a few days and windy didn’t think anything of it until the 13th night they heard the noise under the bed, her husband looked under the bed and there was a rat sat staring back at him, upon further investigation there was old and new rat pee and droppings under there and it was filthy, they *****ped the bed and the mattress was also stained with rat pee and droppings! and discovered the rat had been living in the bed frame, They videoed what they found and went straight to reception, explained and showed them and was met with a blank expression and refused a refund as they were certainly not going to stay there! It was pointless arguing that time of night so left and went back round the next morning where they spoke to the manager and owner, he too had the same attitude as the night staff and refused they had a problem with rats and tried to blame leaving the balcony door open on the 4th floor of the afternoon they saw the rat, eventually after lengthy discussions, he only offered her 3 nights refund on the provision she signed a document to stay quiet, she refused and left! She actually ended up in hospital with Weils Disease. Needless to say we have now reported this hotel to the tourism centre, ***********, love holidays and trivago so hopefully they will be closed down! In the meantime I hope as many people will see this and share so other people/families will avoid!

Great value for money, short walk from fountains and marina. Pool and bar area. Room was very spacious and super clean. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi was a bit hit and miss in our room but great downstairs.

My stay at Ozturk was great. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Aswell as the cleaners who did such a good job and cleaned the rooms daily. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Overall; this hotel is great value for money and the location is in a quiet area but only a short walk from the beach, grand bazaar and harbour.
